What I recommend doing is taking it out of the bleach then putting it in a solution of lemon juice and hot water ( for about 1-2 hours) and let it air dry in the sun. If that doesn't work you can always try adding a table spoon or so of Borax to some water and adding that to your washing machine when you go to wash it then again letting it sit in the sun to dry. Hope that helps :)

Tip: Use a sponge instead of a paint brush for the paint, it will leave a more even reslut without any brush strokes :)

A can of adhesive spray on the backside of your chill stencil works best. And a sponge to dab the paint on.

Tip: ALWAYS BLEACH CLOTHING ITEMS OUT SIDE, if you bleach a jacket or pants inside your bathroom it pretty much turns it into a gas chamber
