I am a man past age 80; when my 2 children were born, the father was banished to the waiting room to read and smoke cigarettes. I did not witness the actual birth moment, just had a quick viewing after the baby was cleaned up and ready to go to the nursery. I wasn't sure I wanted to watch this, but went ahead, with my finger on the stop button in case it got too graphic. Well, the filming was expertly done, and I was never uncomfortable watching. When the baby arrived, I teared up, and when he first cried, I almost accompanied him. Thank you all so much for allowing me to see what I missed 50+ years ago. I am so glad you shared it. Love to all involved.
Just so you know, fifty years ago, they weren't doing epidurals, so your wife would have suffered a lot more pain. I had 4 babies without pain meds, and it never looked like this.
I was one of the first fathers allowed in delivery when my daughter was born in 1970 in Iowa. No regrets about attending the births of both my children.
We deliver babies in the hospitals in the most unnatural position for the mother! So different from natural home births but still a beautiful delivery. Thank you for sharing.
Absolutely. I even think the mother should be standing while giving birth, being held by her husband and one or two helpers. The upwards directed gravity would enormously help to ease the process of deliverance.
@@SandraUkleja-op6fwor squatting , I'm sure that would be more natural . These pictures of birthing women in stirrups look like torture, probably would slow the birth, especially of a first baby .
Thank you for sharing this most amazing experience. I had a C-section so I never experienced giving birth naturally. I cried when I saw your son Bean delivered. What a miracle!
this video reminds so much of my mother that passed away 2 years ago. Makes me miss her a lot because of her sacrifice to give birth to me and my 2 wonderful siblings, nonetheless her unconditional love. She told me that her delivery for all of us was quiet and while she was delivering, she prayed to herself. Cute vid
Ran across your birth on utube. Brought back memories of mt births in the 70's and 80's. I was in California and we helped pave the way for the home birth crowd. I had my first in the hospital, second with the same dr. at home, third with a midwife at home. You obviously have a very roomy pelvic outlet, like I do. I pushed with my first for four contractions, and the next two came in one contraction. Thanks for the memories. Your husband is a great cheerleader and you seem like a lovely couple.
Never had children but birth amazes me all the time. A little scary how big babies are when born coming out of such tiny exits 🙂 Much respect for Moms experiencing this life's miracle! May you be forever blessed.
😭 Thank you for sharing. Congratulations. I had a C-section 45 year's ago, still wish I could have had him natural. He's healthy and that's most important. Congratulations ❤
This is absolutely the most beautiful video I have seen! Brought me so many beautiful memories of my babies!! They are all grown now and of age to have their own! One day! Only God can do this miracle. Thank you for sharing this precious moment with the world!!!
I found his behaviour very anoying from time to time. She even had to tell him ”I need you to calm your energy!”. But at least he was happy and they seem happy together.
God bless you, Honey. I never had a child, I’m now 84 and 1/2. It was exciting to see, thanks for sharing. God bless you and your whole family. The video was done in such good taste! Thank you, Jesus! 🙏❤️🙏
You guys are amazing. I'm 31weeks along and I'm soooo emotional and teary. I literally cried most of the time I watched this video. May your baby be blessed.
A miracle in the shape of a beautiful baby boy. It is so incredible watching the birth of a human life. Babies are such a blessing straight from heaven.
I'm a 20 years now retired OB RN. This brought back so many memories, mostly happy, some sad. I also brought 3 babies into this world before the doctor arrived, thank God those came out nice and pink and howling with indignation!
I ran a delivery room in a major hospital, and delivered many babies over the years, and assisted in abortions in the 1960's. I also gave birth myself, and married an OB-Gyn. I am old, with lots of memories. Much has changed.

try a birth without any epidural and then you will hear screams for hours sometimes. mine lasted, what seemed to me, for ages and was so exhausted than never before, neither since. I never wanted an other child.
@katalinrobin6222 I had inductions with both of mine and no epidural. You are right about the screaming. My sister-in-law came for the birth of my second. She was at the nurses station about to ask what room I was in. She said never mind, I hear her screaming. When it was time to push I was so over it. I screamed really loud and pushed for all I was worth and 6 minutes later my daughter was born. Unfortunately that meant I tore, burst blood vessels in both eyes, and had petechia all over my face. My midwife was shocked that I only pushed for 6 minutes.
That was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I don't have children of my own, so thank you for allowing me to share in this sacred experience with you.

Thank you for sharing this most intimate moment with us. You are a beautiful and remarkable mother. Your baby boy is beautiful too. The best to you and your husband with raising all of your precious boys. You are blessed! I never had the wonderful experience of having children, a sadness that never leaves me. But I do have a wonderful husband who I married when I was 47. I taught music in the schools and piano after school all my life. I have many nieces and nephews who I love. I am grateful for my blessings.

We are on Earth to love each other and support each other and be kind. Those are the greatest gifts we get from God. Congratulations on your child and may you teach (him) those lessons...
Brings back memories. This was smooth sailing for her. It wasn't so easy in my time. I cried for the birth of their boy. Congratulations. Everyone did well
A beautiful video and I am so glad that you chose to share it with all of us. I never got the chance to become a mama due to health problems. I always wanted to have children, but ended up not being able to. My late husband and I wanted to adopt, but weren't able to financially. Watching your family warms my heart so much! He is perfect and such a beautiful blessing to your already amazing family! Hard to believe that this was 3 months ago already. Time sure has flown. Sending much love and continued prayers for your entire family! Hugs to you all from Delphos, Ohio ❤️
As an adoptive mother of 3 and a birth mother of 3 I wish you had had the wonderful of pregnancy and birth or the experience of adopting and raising an adopted child. We were foster parents first then the trio came available for adoption. We could not have afforded to adopt if we didn't get free health insurance and a adoption subsidy. It would have torn me, my family and the children up if they had to go to a different adoptive family.
If the doctor told you that you can't have kids don't give up cuz the told my ex she couldn't have kids before we dated then we started dating and we got pregnant and had a handsome healthy baby boy so please never give up hope but at the same time try to hard let things just happen naturally (All it takes sometimes is faith)
THANK YOU GOD , YOU ARE GREAT , YOU BLESSED THIS BEAUTIFUL COUPLE A NEW BABY BORN TO THEM . ITS AMAZING VIDEO SHOWN TO US . GOD BLESS THE DOCTOR AND THE NURSE BOUNDIFULLY ,AMEN !
That was so beautiful and you are all so healthy. That staff was really incredible too - all so professional. Thank you for sharing such an amazing moment in your young lives.
First let me say Congratulations to you and your husband 🙏 it's more beautiful when you have your husband there with you for the support. And what a Beautiful Baby Boy....
Omg, that was one of the easiest and quickest births I've ever seen! Jess did spectacular, and that is one beautiful baby! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful moment with all of us!
Yes it was! I am a male, but I come from a large family. Being the oldest, I have witnessed all of my brother and sisters births, along with my wife's family. None of them I have witnessed went this smooth! I didn't see in the video where the mother received an epidural? Did I miss it? Y'all have fun and most of all, enjoy your newborn with his sisters!
I’m the same way in labor! Don’t want to be talked to or touched. I like to be in tune with my body to get myself through it. Currently 13.3 weeks and loving watching all the different birth vlogs. 🖤
I was thinking the same thing,I know the husband is trying to comfort her,but it would of drove me crazy him rubbing my leg in the same spot over an over, 😂 congratulations on your new baby❤
I was the exact same way! I felt like I was underwater because I could sense my whole body as if it was lit up. I'm so elated to know that someone else had the don't touch me rule. I wonder if pitocin tends to make mom feel that way?
Such a beautiful & miraculous few moments. Thank you for sharing. Even though we've all known the outcome, I am still sitting here crying. I'll never tire of the miracle of birth, the beauty of the mama's labor journey, the love and support of Daddy & the amazing medical team. None of this ever gets old to me.
I have never been able to have a baby, so thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful moment God bless you and all your family may you all have a wonderful blessed life! ❤🙏😘
Such a lovely calm birth. Beautiful. I know all laboring Mom's like different things...but, I bet she was so focused on him coming out she didn't notice him rubbing the skin off her left leg. That would've made me. nuts! LOL Loved seeing Dad so excited! Congratulations!
This video is inspirational for me. Going 37 weeks now and about to give birth too. It just gives me extra strength how you and your husband dealt with it. I hope my baby will come on his own too and not give me extra difficult pain, all will be worth it when my son is born ❤🎉
Congratulations did you have a boy or girl so happy for you I have 6 and it’s just as magical every time and wen you set eyes on them you fall I love forever
Oh God! I am a 70 year old man also blessed and witnessed the birth of my 2 wonderful daughters. Watching this my tears started flowing when the baby came out.
You did a amazing job... I'm a mom of 3.. 2 boys and 1 girl...My daughter is deaf and has cerebral palsey... But my kids are my life.. Congrats to you both...
I always find it ridiculous that hospitals are like please don’t push the baby out until the doctor gets here as if the baby is on their schedule. Baby’s come when they want. She should’ve sat you up and let you have your baby
It happen to me I wait the most and I told my husband is coming she was like don't push I was I can't he's there I looked at my husband he say push I am here when he saw to make sure d bb wasn't going to get hurt he saw the head he say to d nurse d bb is here there's no break for nothing she dint had her glove ready she putting them in and basically catching my bb
@LouFinn the body won't stop nature when the body want to push is like for an example when u need to poop n u can't hold it its coming out so that's why is d doctor responsibility to be there when a women is at least 6cm already
@Telliersons wow this is why I say is the doctors responsibility to be there on time my mom was born at 8months in a sofa she is now 57 I am telling u women's should just follow they body language
Had two C-section and one “natural birth” with lay midwives because no insurance and made too much for USA welfare insurance VBAC with lay-midwives. As a healthcare worker, lawyers rule. Maybe C-section needed or not. Docs nurses and assistants will follow the law vs your experience. Sometimes the experience is not viable.
This was SO much better than Call the Midwife! I cried so hard! Thank you for sharing this. ❤ And I LOVE the doctor! So calming! I hope you tipped him well! 😁 Congratulations, guys!
A beautiful birth from beginning to the end. The nurses and doctor were lovely and calming. Youre very lucky to have gotten such lovely friendly caring hospital staff to help with your birth. Im in the UK and i didnt have half as much care. ❤

A wonderful birth and a wonderful family. Your doctor and team were so kind and helpful. Bless you all.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful birth story! Happy 1st birthday Lucas! This made me cry tears of joy for you two!
Congratulations on your baby boy!! What a wonderful couple you make! Bless you and your family of 5❤
Someone from Florida here shedding tears of joy for you❤
I’m 57 and remember the births of my children to this day !! What a wonderful feeling .. I had one girl and two boys with a miscarriage between my boys .. there’s nothing like giving life to a beautiful child ❤️❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 u did good mama and dad 😍😍😍 absolutely beautiful video ❤️❤️🥰
Everyone did well
This is how a birth should be. Both parents enjoying the experience❤
If the doctor told you that you can't have kids don't give up cuz the told my ex she couldn't have kids before we dated then we started dating and we got pregnant and had a handsome healthy baby boy so please never give up hope but at the same time try to hard let things just happen naturally
(All it takes sometimes is faith)
No I will never have children. I had to have an emergency hysterectomy at the age of 25. Thanks for the concern though.
What a beautiful baby, a Blessing from God! mom & dad are awesome parents. May God bless each one of'em. 🙏🙏
This was so beautiful to watch I'm currently 30 weeks can't wait to meet my little girl.
❤
They talked about her epidural. That's why it was easy. @@LiPo5000

What a beautiful happening for humanity and family! Another world blessing...
I’m the same way in labor! Don’t want to be talked to or touched. I like to be in tune with my body to get myself through it. Currently 13.3 weeks and loving watching all the different birth vlogs. 🖤
Beautiful birth in a private room ! 😊 Not always the case !
Congratulations ❤
I was thinking the same thing,I know the husband is trying to comfort her,but it would of drove me crazy him rubbing my leg in the same spot over an over, 😂 congratulations on your new baby❤
Congratulations on your new baby
I was the exact same way! I felt like I was underwater because I could sense my whole body as if it was lit up. I'm so elated to know that someone else had the don't touch me rule. I wonder if pitocin tends to make mom feel that way?
Позор а кроме мужиков нет врачей?
Thank you doctors and nurses for all you do to help mom and baby
Such a beautiful & miraculous few moments. Thank you for sharing. Even though we've all known the outcome, I am still sitting here crying. I'll never tire of the miracle of birth, the beauty of the mama's labor journey, the love and support of Daddy & the amazing medical team. None of this ever gets old to me.
I have never been able to have a baby, so thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful moment God bless you and all your family may you all have a wonderful blessed life! ❤🙏😘
Oh, that epidural should have come before the Pitocin. I cried too. Congratulations. I love births. New life, love and joy.
Such a lovely calm birth. Beautiful. I know all laboring Mom's like different things...but, I bet she was so focused on him coming out she didn't notice him rubbing the skin off her left leg. That would've made me. nuts! LOL Loved seeing Dad so excited! Congratulations!
Thank you so much for sharing this. It never gets old for me seeing a new life .
I’m 37 weeks right now, how was your birth?(it it happened yet)
Avoid Pitocin like the plague unless you are OK with postpartum psychosis
Dad, you're sooo excited!! You're making me cry. What a spectacular person. Welcome baby!
@@Itme again experience or doctor or w.e is the case NO ONE CANT STOP GOD NATURE 🙌🏻 IF THE BODY NEEDS TO PUSH IT WILL MAKE U DO IT ..
I wish your technic of giving could be understood by all women. You making birth so simple and straightforward. I hope you are a star. ❤❤❤
Thank you for sharing. Jess is a champ and Austin bouncing around with my favorite part.
Congrats on the safe delivery of your beautiful son.
Congratulations on your new baby boy and to your whole family! ❤️❤️❤️
This was SO much better than Call the Midwife! I cried so hard! Thank you for sharing this. ❤ And I LOVE the doctor! So calming! I hope you tipped him well! 😁
Congratulations, guys!
A beautiful birth from beginning to the end. The nurses and doctor were lovely and calming. Youre very lucky to have gotten such lovely friendly caring hospital staff to help with your birth. Im in the UK and i didnt have half as much care. ❤
Wow…that was absolutely beautiful ❤️ I’m 22 weeks pregnant with my first baby and your birthing video is the first I’ve ever seen. I cried the whole time! Congratulations to you both! And you look GORGEOUS! I hope I look that beautiful giving birth, you made it look easy! 🤰💕
I could watch this over and over again and still get all the happy tears. Love you all so much!
Your husband/boyfriend was so supportive during this emotional moment
I’m crying! So beautiful!! Made me relive my pregnancies and deliveries!!
Das wäre mir schon zu intim, dieses Video öffentlich zu teilen.
Alles gute für das Baby mit Familie sowie Herzlichen Glückwunsch
Jess is so strong and patient. I was like well the doc can get her now or one of you can deliver the baby. I can't believe you held off that long waiting I can't imagine.
I agree. I think it’s actually ridiculous. I would have wanted to punch someone lol
It’s the epidural, it means you don’t get the full sensation of needing to push and can hold off
I love the way how the Dr works so gentle
If they must insist on waiting for dr....make SURE these drs get themselves there ON TIME!!!!!!!!!
My dr didn’t make it but I bet u he got paid from the insurance company!
Oh I SO agree!!!😂
My doctor talks football on the telephone while a bunch of patients wait for 2 hours in the waiting room. So irritating.
Awwwwwwe Congratulations To The Both Of You He’s Just Beautiful and I Have To Say Your Dr Was A Beautiful Person 💙🙏💜🙏💙
Wonderful!! Jess, you and Austin are so blessed with your three gorgeous children. You two show so much love for each other and your children. I love watching your videos. They just bring such sunshine into my life. I love y'all so much. Austin have a wonderful father's day on sunday. Sending all my love to y'all from Texas. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
