Not only you can change keycaps (like all mechanical keyboards, like mine's Corsair K95 RGB Platinum) but EVEN the switches....so, you can change an eventually broken switch. But, personally, i don't like the compact size of the keyboard and ANSI layout, also.

Early, and almost all 60percent keyboard look the same only some changes like the logo wire and the bottom but the top looks pretty similar

hot-swap isn't actually some rare feature. For example, there are Hexgears fullsize keyboards with hotswap on aliexpress
