Your videos are part of my self-care! You make me cry and laugh. I love seeing what you’re stitching and your stories are so great. Hugs to you both.
Ah Graciela, so lovely to see you and all of your finishes and plans! The time with you is indeed therapy! So thankful that your family is all better and you are back to stitching. Looking forward to next time!
Thank you so much for sharing these pieces of your life. As a fellow Jen turning 40 this year, I love absolutely everything about both of your project plans and the meaning behind them. I lost my mom a few years ago now, and seeing your relationship brings such warmth to my heart and happy tears to my eyes. Happy stitching!
Cindy I still have my Christmas decorations up and I have done this for the past 55 years.
Cindy your hair cut looks great. Jen your hair looks great too!!! Love you two and the close relation ship you have. Cindy your chapters in stitching is awesome!!!!
Great projects.
Your Mom's chapters are great.

I enjoy these videos and love that you do them, but definitely agree that you are doing this for yourselves and not for anyone else. Don’t feel pressured to change that. Love the pieces your mom is stitching for you. And I never realized that the dream bubble things were “Beth things” so I never could figure out what they had to do with Poe. Glad you are changing them to suit you.
Awe I love this. You and your mom’s relationship is so special. Cherish every moment. I lost my mom a couple weeks after my 40th in Dec 2020. I love watching you two. It reminds me a lot of me and my mama.
Really! Hey Mom!
One of my favorite love movies is A Lot Like Love with Ashton Kutcher. It's an older one but I love it.
It’s so nice that you and your mom do this together. Glad you had a great weekend. I like your message of “do what decompresses you”.
My vote is frame You Make Me Happy and swap it from room to room...I do love you two💕 Say hi to Dad!
I absolutely LOVE "About Time"!!!! And I love you two! Thank you for your conversations...you're delightful❤️ I know I'm coming in late on this but happy 24HOCS!
When I started spinning, I immediately bought a gel seat! It makes all the difference!
We understand the dynamics with adult children and spouses living in the same house! You love each other but it's good to have space. I adore you both so much!!!
Alright, time for your marathon!!! Hey Cindy and Jen! 👋🏻. I love hearing about all the sentimental projects and goals. Y’all had me tearing up too! 🥲. WE NEED THE BEEF STEW RECIPE! 👩🏻🍳
You’re so right about different skeins being even slightly different being such a bugger. I’m like that too. Like for example most people can’t see the variegation in classic colorworks bamboo. I can. If something does not exactly match I can see that and it bothers me immensely. Most of the time I’m able to avoid trouble getting my flosses to match “good enough” to my eye.. but geez Louise do I have a difficult time choosing fabric sometimes because of it. And it’s not like my husband can help, he’s colorblind. 😆 so there are occasions where I buy a fabric that I think will work and then change my mind. Or sometimes I’ll get 2 or 3 and just really take my time deciding on what I want to use. The up side of this is I’ve never bought a fabric that I did not like, so anything I opted not to use as intended just goes into my stash and for sure will get used at some point. I have maybe 4 or 5 fabrics stashed for that reason, they will come in handy the next time I do a bulk kitting process. 😁
Love you ladies...you make me happy!!!
Cannot Love this Enough!
I love you both so very much, you mean everything to me!!!! 💚
Oh my gosh, I am stitching “My Necessity”! I don’t drink coffee and so am racking my brain to come up with something else and thought “marshmallows in my hot chocolate” LOL but that’s too long. Well I make Christmas cookies and love tons of frosting on them so I am hoping to stitch “frosting on my cookie” instead! Lol
Two relationship movies I love: The Vow & Steel Magnolias.
Awe, I obviously missed the Jan #24hocs! Boo! I'll be ready for April.
I knew I wasn’t the only one who collected glasses.
You too are so incredibly sweet! I was crying along with you Jen when your mom brought out the pattern to start for you! I am so very glad you to share such a special bond! Hugs💕💕💕
Love these 24hocs vidoes
Boy have I missed you two! Love your relationship. I have a daughter and wish we could do stitching things together like this. Life has changed since I last chatted I’m now a grandma and hope she loves crafts and Crosstitching. I’m definitely sharing it with her. 2022 a new year of stitching and I’m looking forward to all your videos! ❤️🪡🧵
22 minutes in and I'm wetting myself with laughter at you 2. Switching off till tomorrow now 😴 thanks for being so fab both of you
I love the relationship you and your mom have. Its relaxing watching your 24 hour marathon recaps, it make me laugh. I was not able to participate this time around due to live getting in the way. This weekend is supposed to snow so I guess I will be stitching all weekend.
Your mom is doing an amazing job using stitching project to tell your story. She is so sweet and I can tell how much she loves you. Cannot wait to hear more of the stories and her project matching them. Have a great weekend and cannot wait for the next one.
Love this!
Love your videos. Love that you inspire us to put x's in on 4 weekends of the year. I had a great 24HOCS in January and look forward to April. Keep up the great work.
Thank you! You two together are a real tonic! X
I was so bummed to not see you this weekend and wondered if life had taken over and you weren't participating? I so miss seeing you and your Mom💕
I have been stitching every single day this year! Happy New Years wishes to you both❣ I plan to participate in your birthday marathon! Hope to see more videos...
I'm gonna throw out one of my favorite movies, I just picked up at my library = Harvey with Jimmy Stewart! I'm also binge watching Call the Mid-Wife! Just picked up season 10 at my library!
I'm also reading Fannie Flagg's book that was made into Fried Green Tomatoes. It's excellent and has recipes!
Cindy, you are the bestest Mom evee❣
Love seeing you two together. 🌻🌻🌻
I just love these podcasts of yours!! Make me smile! Cindy….. i am a few years older than you. Also growing out my hair and have the same “clouds”in my eyes. I stitched Lizzie Kate’s Getting Old Isn’t for Sissies….it seems so appropriate!
The projects you guys are working on are beautiful. Love getting to know you both better.
I love About Time. Unfortunately I got sucker punched by the fact that the story is really about him and his dad and it came out a couple months after my grandma passed away 😭😭😭 still can't watch without crying
I just love all of the projects n finished. On a serious note, ur so damn lucky to have a caring mother/ best friend. No, ur blessed!!!!!! I get so jealous when I see this. Needless to say I cried all through this. My mother hated me my whole life!!!!!!! I didn't find out why till my father was killed. My younger sister was the baby and she used it anyway she could!!!! She even told my husband he married the wrong sister. Omg!!!! She had a son n I didn't. My husband passed 8 yrs ago and she didn't even come to the memorial!!!! His brother didn't either. It would have been 40 yrs this year.! He was my calm. We got married 3 months to the day we met. Yes, everyone thought I was pregnant too.my best part of me is gone. It made me think.....that's not good for me. You are a very lucky woman!!!
So fun!

Love watching both of you, oh and you both brought me to tears, thank you for sharing your journey this year, so inspirational to follow? Happy stitching!!
