I'd say one other tip I'd impart is, don't tag an allied player if you don't need to, I think tagging them can lead to them getting a tag on you, though I'm not sure. That shot that the resistance sniper took at 45:35 felt like something out of a WW2 movie walking boom sniper shot knowing the shot was made for you but your buddy was tagged instead damn
Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing more of these sort of challenges in games you like! I think they add a little spice to already great games, and are awesome to watch 🍻

@@deefactual Please don't repeat this, skipping one night of sleep does damage health wise. It would be equally enjoyable to watch if you just did it in 2 days with a timer being set on and off whenever you were going for a meal or sleep. It's not worth it otherwise, you're entertaining by how light hearted you are in any scenario. That's the content.

You are a certified gamer, mate!:D After reading the title I thought it'd be about a noob in this game and you would just play ffa/dm matches, take a nap, then play some more. I remember joining some server on sniper elite 2 or 3, and just get farmed for half an hour with 0 k/d, lol, so I thought it'd be that kind of video. Instead, when I realized you're doing this invasion 1v1 kind of thing, and you need to make a kill every 7-8 minutes, while staring at the screen for 24 hours straight... I thought you just failed the math part and set an impossible target, and yet there we are. GGWP :D
SE5 is one of my favourite games. The video you did with @tomographic a while back was epic and left me wanting more content from you on this. Glad that @RamenStyle is a bit of an enabler😆 Many thanks, mate!! 🍻
Pro tip: if you enter the shooting range and interact with the workbench, you can load up on teller mines/tnt. You still can't trap nearly to the capacity of the Karl, but it's gotten me a lot of unexpected kills, even letting me take down duos with far better shooting skills than me. You can also stock up on meds or grenades, which is probably the better option for a speed-based challenge like this one.
Quick tip - The visual set up you need is to look like other Germans - clothes, helmet and weapon. Also you need to move like an AI soldier. That doesn’t mean moving stupidly but pseudo-randomly.
Awesome vid as always Deef. Love these longer vids, feels like we're just hanging out or something. One note I would say if you ever do something like this again is maybe put the kill counter in the top left/right corners so you can see it. Congrats on the free takeaways!

I noticed that too, some things I said and did early one I was like "who is this dude" 😅 but genuinely felt like a crash course. Loved every second (well, nearly every second) of it. Appreciate you checking it out mate!
It is brutal, keep at it, you learn so much the more you play it. I def did! Half the things in the game I didn't understand until way later on. Best tip is, look for players with your binocs, and if you don't have to tag them, don't - tagging them makes them alert to your presence I find, and changes their behaviour sometimes. Otherwise, deep breaths, and keep shootin! hehe
Great video! I liked this longer form content and challenge to a familiar game. On a side note I think it would be awesome if you did a really realistic play through of MGSV that would be epic!

HAHA! I've done it! I did a SE5 video with Tomo not long back too so if you're needing my true origin story, that one is worth a watch, Tomo shows me a the ropes and it's chaos. Also I genuinely giggled through all 100 kills and even the losses, not sure if it was enjoyment or sanity leaving me or both, but I had fun!

I've watched Ramen for about a year. I've not watched your content before this, but this video was great. And Zomboid legend MrAtomicDuck popped up in Ramen's chat when I was chilling on his stream the other day. So my only conclusion is not only that Ramen is a great RUclipsr and streamer, but he's also mates with a lot of other great creators. So here's my question: Does Ramen just have a lot of cool mates, or is he secretly at the center of an unseen cult of mid-sized RUclipsrs, who have a sinister mission to infiltrate lots of (but not too many) people's minds, somehow in service of bringing about some insidious new world order?
I'm someone who loves playing as axis invader (maybe because I'm german) and I can agree how he described the different types of players. At around 600 kills you get used to people laying mines. When I notice someone is a casual player or new at the game I usually don't take them on to hard. If I notice they are axis hunters (specially when they play as sweaty as they can) then I go full out and show no mercy since they won't show it in return. I personally love players who manage to sneak around. Getting killed by them feels like they earned it and you can relax looking around for them. Lil advice for fellow invaders by someone with around 800 kills, use the StG44 (named the MP44 but I refuse to call it that), put a scope on it and use it as a Sniper. Also put a Bajuwet (knife) on the tip of your rifle so you can knife enemy players from the front.

Axis Invasion is probably the best feature of the game, for me simply because I can play with the Axis, which brings a nice change of pace.

This reminds me of the day that the game was first released.
I'm someone who loves playing as axis invader (maybe because I'm german) and I can agree how he described the different types of players. At around 600 kills you get used to people laying mines. When I notice someone is a casual player or new at the game I usually don't take them on to hard. If I notice they are axis hunters (specially when they play as sweaty as they can) then I go full out and show no mercy since they won't show it in return. I personally love players who manage to sneak around. Getting killed by them feels like they earned it and you can relax looking around for them. Lil advice for fellow invaders by someone with around 800 kills, use the StG44 (named the MP44 but I refuse to call it that), put a scope on it and use it as a Sniper. Also put a Bajuwet (knife) on the tip of your rifle so you can knife enemy players from the front.
