I agree! That was a wonderful story and excellent work done by the doctor. Not only good work with the surgery, but good work in making the lady happy and giving her her smile back. That is the type of patient and situation I wish that this show would focus on. Us, 'normal people', want to see things like that. Not the ridiculous lip, implant, butts and chin, cosmetic 'dreamers'...who are just on the show to attract the weird part of the population that tunes in. If they took a more serious direction and approach with the show, I think it would be more successful and taken more serious.
Body Dysmorphia. I think they should require a psychological evaluation before surgeries with the exception of people needing plastic surgery after cancers, car accidents, domestic violence and stuff like that or for medical reasons.
That woman’s nose is so much better! I never expected her surgery to lead to a less “done” look, but she looks natural, and normal. I hope her previous terrible experience with plastic surgery will convince her to leave her nose alone in future.
I’d bet she’s gonna get surgery again to make it ‘skinny’. She was so concerned about it and I noticed it looked just a hair bigger. So if I notice I’m sure she does. Hopefully I’m wrong tho, I’d hate for her (or anyone really) to mess up their face esp right after it was fixed so nice.

Plastikos means to mould or shape something, and therefore has nothing to do with the modern day plastic that most of us think of.
I love it when they actually help fix botched previous plastic surgery or help someone that has been deformed , I am shocked by the people that have the excessive additions and still not happy and the really long term effects of the very dangerous implants
Bless that lady that had to have her lip done. My dad had to have a Mohs surgery on his face and even though he looks really good now, it looked like he was never gonna heal the first day. It's an image I can't get out of my mind and it was only the side of his face.

People can do what they want but I remember years ago seeing plastic surgery disasters on talk shows were people where bed ridden due to infection cause by the surgeries.. in fact one woman was in bed for a year with open wounds/infection..
I've benefitted from 15+ Moh's surgeries. Oftentimes they make multiple excisions until the margins are clear. It's miraculous surgery. I've had micro grafts often. The micro grafts heal real quickly. If they stich a wound in a high stress area like my legs the stiches sometimes blowout and it's months of care before the wound closes up. I'd rather have the graft.
sadly i think plastic surgery addiction is exacerbated by opiate addiction a lot of the time. it's a legal way to get prescription painkillers and if you keep getting surgeries, you'll keep being prescribed them.
Plastic surgery is good when it is about fixing damaged parts. I appreciate it for that and find that i can watch it and enjoy it, but when people go doing it just out of boredom when there is nothing wrong, i really can't stomach it. But if people are that vain then they deserve what they get and if its good practice for surgeon's then go for it!

@@juliaa3837 Sometimes these procedures help change peoples lives if it’s done by a very experienced surgeon such as Nassif. A lot of people don’t fit the standard of beauty and are treated horrible cause of it, especially if it’s a noticeable imperfection.

These people need to see a shrink except the lady who had cancer and the lady with the extra boobs. I had rhinoplasty a few years ago for medical reasons and I told the surgeon I just want my old nose back before I injured it! My nose before my injury had a naturally nice shape and fit my facial structure just fine. Luckily the surgeon did a great job.

One thing that these surgeons DO NOT address is that with some of these implants, you won’t EVER be able to get an MRI if you ever have to!
