As a former teacher this is so frustrating!. I actually reported co-teacher I worked with that was being abusive to children not sexually but just really losing control. I did everything was supposed to. I reported it I tried to stay anonymous to protect myself and my job for my livelihood but they figured out it was me and I got fired. There is no way to prove it either way unfortunately them letting me go based on that. But after all that, the social services investigators said that they didn't have any concrete proof that basically was my word against hers. Especially since I was a brand new teacher they had time on their side and I didn't. I'm so glad I got let go from that place. Because the whole school is just covering up what was going on. It was almost like a culture of it. It was bizarre. There's no way no one could have not known what was going on especially with the walls being so thin. Especially the directors of the school who their office was right next to our classroom. Two of the biggest witches and I won't never ever bring my kids or anyone else's kids there ever! I honestly don't know how you can stomach that and just pretend everything's okay. The good news is that report will always be there on that teacher and the school so if she ever acts up again there will be some kind of a paper trail. Plus it will be on that schools history when people research the school. But it was so frustrating to do what I was supposed to do and nothing was done because it was my word against hers. So what was really the point. Just seems like something really bad has to happen over a period of time for anything to make change which I think is ridiculous.
Is this or was this some type of Predator Pedophile Cult? Good grief these reports of abuse occurr every hour everyday. Such rot in the People who are suppose to protect our precious Children. We will have to wait on the details b4 passing a judgment.
There are mandatory reporting laws that state and school employees have to abide by. Communications are public records, so someone needs to dig in and actually find out who knew about these incidents. There should be consequences for not following the law.
This whole situation is a MESS and the district only has themselves to blame. Leadership at the top better be taking a hard look in the mirror and need to be asking themselves the following question: Am I making this situation better or am I an impediment to progress and safety for our students.

They should and are obligated to report it to the police and then, THE POLICE GET TO INVESTIGATE!!!
