Yep, the elevator load zone extends out further than the cutscene trigger so you can just infinite jump up to it. Really should've made the cutscene trigger fill that whole room if they wanted to stop people
Literally just under the map falling. You need to have spent a large amount of time airborne for the skip at 9:45 to work and the run is too short for it to happen naturally.

yes, on old patches the 5x air attack damage buff never goes away when using the magi-flame tome
