My roomate got omicron at the end of January and two days later so did I. Thank heavens quarantine was only 7 days cause if it was 14 I would have gone crazy. I had very mild symptoms, like a super mild cold...my roomate had a fever and her symptoms lasted longer. You guys will be fine! Too bad it happened right before your trip, but now you will also have natural immunity!

I haven't been home to Australia for 6 years since moving to Japan! Sydney and Brisbane are my hometowns (family in both places) so I'm looking forward to seeing content from home!! Glad you guys didn't have any severe symptoms and are still able to go to Australia, safe travels!
The good thing is the weather in Sydney was Terrible. Not nice rain. It was constant pouring or sleeted rain. So your stay in Sydney wouldnt have been the nicest to come home too. Now when you head here it will be much better. 💞
Its so wild. Here in America with our utilities doubling, gas prices going up daily, food inflation at 30%-40% and everything else going on that Covid feels like a million years ago and such a small deal now by comparison. It's amazing how some policies helped and some policies caused far far greater harm that is so far reaching that covid feels like the least of our problems now. The difference is so wild.
It’s true here in Washington they just got rid of the mask mandate and it’s like COVID doesn’t exist anymore… even though I live in a somewhat liberal area 🙈

I had it with very few symptoms. I was negative a week after I was first positive. It was really unfortunate timing for you just before you needed to travel. The positive is it gets it out the way as eventually everyone will get it.

Lmao, same, I tested positive on Sunday, I caught it from my parents but I have basically no symptoms except for having a sore throat and being super tired/exhausted 🤷 Everyone is literally getting it now 😂
i cant go back to this and not think that her catching covid might have triggered the leukemia. barely a month or 2 later in Australia she got sick, and has left this world. my heart forever breaks.... such a beautiful person is no longer on this planet...

I have been taking Vitamin D about 1000ui , Vitamin C especially everyday in the winter and more so because of the COVID-19 for over dozen years.

여긴 시드니인데 원래 오늘날 왔다면 계속 비오는 날이였을거에요
시드니를 비롯해 호주 동부 지역이 거의 한달 가까이 계속 비내리고 있었습니다

I absolutely enjoyed my COVID quarantine. By myself, not obliged to do anything nor deal with anyone. Just eat, rest and sleep. Felt so clam and relaxed

I had it with very few symptoms. I was negative a week after I was first positive. It was really unfortunate timing for you just before you needed to travel. The positive is it gets it out the way as eventually everyone will get it.
I was supposed to go to Brisbane right around this time too! I'd love to see what you get up to there! Hopefully I'll get to go soon, and I'm glad you both feel better!

Lmao, same, I tested positive on Sunday, I caught it from my parents but I have basically no symptoms except for having a sore throat and being super tired/exhausted 🤷 Everyone is literally getting it now 😂

i cant go back to this and not think that her catching covid might have triggered the leukemia. barely a month or 2 later in Australia she got sick, and has left this world. my heart forever breaks.... such a beautiful person is no longer on this planet...
Covid doesn’t trigger cancer don’t be stupid the type of cancer she got is random and affects anybody

제 주위에도 감염되었다가 1주일 동안 자가격리한 사람이 많아졌네요. 심해지면 이틀 정도 두통과 기침 증상이 있고 그 뒤로는 차츰 회복되는 것 같습니다. 이제는 가벼운 독감 정도라고 생각해도 될 듯 합니다.
백신을 맞은 분들은 확실히 증상이 가볍게 끝나는 것 같습니다.
백신을 맞고도 감염되신 분들은 생백신을 맞은 것이라고 생각해도 될 정도입니다.
감염되신 모두들 부작용 없이 회복되어서 면역이 강하게 형성되길 바랍니다.

코로나 바이러스 옴아크런 감기 같아서 삼계탕, 꿀, 레몬 & 생강 차 , 그리고 비타민 많이있는 음식을 먹으면 금방 나을 느낌이네요.
호주 집 여행을 갈때에 조심하세요. 알기로는 두번째로 코로나바이러스 걸릴수 도 있으니 철저히 조심하세요.

They did the researched on Coronavirus patients in Europe and found that the people with blood type A tend to get the severe COVID-19. But blood type O tend to get mild one and recovered quickly.
My work involve working close contact with many people. So far, it has been good rarely any cold, flu, and no COVID-19. I have been taking Vitamin D about 1000ui , Vitamin C especially everyday in the winter and more so because of the COVID-19 for over dozen years.

I think Korea announced it might be letting vaccinated travellers in quarantine free from April 1st, however I'm not sure it's only certain countries or all countries.
