never seen the short sleeved version but i own the long sleeve and i love it. This shirt has high armholes so you definitely need to measure at the shoulders instead of the chest for this one. I think bizz rickson just does that in general for their shirts. Love the video.
Great Video Diego, I have the Buzz Rickson “William Gibson” Black Chambray Version . The sizing seems to be on point with your measurements . In my experience, It’s seems all their measurements are on point with what is referenced in their sizing charts .
@@UrbanLadUK yes I like consistency too. I think the most inconsistent sizing is Ironheart though they have specific measurements for all their shirts and jackets , if you simply are buying a jacket or shirt in a different color it’s a different measurement .. it’s crazy 😆 but I love their products and will always prefer them over any other brand. Keep up the great videos and good reviews. Have you ever reviewed Triple Aught Design products?
Great video Diego. I buy my Buzz Ricksons from American classics, my shirts say 18/18.5 in the label, but my sweatshirts say xxl. I see what you mean re sizing my moc twist Chambray, fits differently to my blue Chambray.
It was a journey to understand the sizing of Buzz Rickson’s, I like their products, but I make a lot of mistakes in trusting the size, even the measurements are wrong most of the time, last time I call and ask to measure the chest 😂
I have one of these, only thing I found is the sleeves are a bit on the short side. Even more so after it's been washed. It was only done at 30°. Other than that it's a nice shirt, and great colour.
In my experience, most of the chambrays I own have the same issue, short sleeves. Usually, the length of the sleeves is 24 inches, and if sized up, it looks baggy.
Second the comment on shrinkage. Was a perfect fit before washing, a little small on both ecru and blue now. Much prefer the mock twist versions of this shirt from BR.
Cool review! Recently been dropping Kilos and now I have to measure my clothing for a better fit. Oversized has also been an annoying fad here in the states
Thank you, Mate!! Having your measurements when you buy clothing online is the only way to have a proper fit and minimise returns. It doesn't matter your size, but to look good; don't oversize makes you look sloppy, and most women dislike that kind of look 👍👍

Hi! Nice video! I'm looking for some long-sleeve shirts for next summer, particularly this white one (Is it BR25996, by any chance?). I currently wear Uniqlo linen shirts, but I'm curious about trying a light-weight chambray. The summers here (Taiwan) are hot and humid, though. Think Florida or central India (or Vietnam and Thailand, if you're familiar with them). Have you ever compared these Buzz Rickson's chambray shirts with linen? What are they like in the EXTREME heat? Thanks!
It is the BR25996. I think it is very suitable for summer, for very hot weather. I know that was released a short-sleeved version of the white as well. After the first wash became quite light. I think it is better than the linen shirts
@@UrbanLadUK Thanks for your reply! Do you mean the color became quite light (even whiter), or the fabric became quite light in texture after the first wash?
I always (every day ) surf different websites looking for deals and wait as long as it takes until a deal pops; also, I use discount codes. For example, at Levi's, I got a double discount for being a member of the Red Tab and another membership. With these shirts, I wait until the price drops and pull the trigger, and the problem is that they sell out very fast, or the sale is just for a weekend. It is time-consuming but is like my hobby
@@UrbanLadUK I do the same thing! I try to get the best deals possible, but I find a lot of EU stores can either be low on stock, or very expensive. Son of a Stag, for example, is incredibly expensive in comparison to say Redcast Heritage. Like I told you previously, I am currently looking to purchase some stuff from Oni, but I am just waiting until something perfect for me comes up, so far I just bought a bandana for display, hehe. I am also waiting on your Oni review. ;)
Yes!! Son of Stag is incredibly expensive!! I only buy these few things, that maybe I can't find in other stores, and now I find myself buying more from Denimio or Hinoya

Thank you!! It is good to know that there is consistency in the measurements; it gives reassurance to others who want to buy BR

Thank you. It is true about IH; that’s why they always advise checking the size chart. I never check the AD brand 🤔
I love the XXL white
It looks smart and casual at the same time
Tienes que ver las camisas de Tellason. Para mi, su camisa de chambray se llama "clampdown" es el mejor. Pero, tal vez voy a ver Buzz Rickson ahora.
Les hechare un ojo!! Y las camisas de BR valen la pena !!

But when I dropped some weight I couldn’t get rid of my clothes, so now I try to wear some loose fit shirts creatively so I don’t look bad in those.
@@vnay4915 Another option is that a tailor can help you adjust your clothes to your actual size

The fabric became lighter in texture, which is a good point for the weather that you describe
@@UrbanLadUK Okay. Thanks!
Machine wash cold and line dry.. otherwise it will def shrink a size
Hi! Absolutely
Nice shirts, but how did you get them so cheap?

Amazing shirt. I'd hate to say it but i don't like blue color
Thank you for watching!!, In long sleeve same fabric coming in white ;)
On my shirt the button holes are to big.
Sorry to hear that, in my shirt I don't have that issue, but is good to know that this happens, thank you for share !!!!
