Bobbi's obsession and jealousy over Laura is bizarre to say the least. I see where Carly gets it from. She keeps acting like Luke belongs to her, he's your brother, not your ex lady.
Its interesting seeing them outside the front entrance to the hospital, because three years later that will be where their last scene will be in Port Charles until the 1990's.
Luke: “You mean nothing in my life.” Also Luke: stares at Laura from across rooms, keeps her from leaving his old apartment under the pretense that there’s a man outside, pays cabbie 15 bucks so he can drive her to Christmas party, then follows her around all night, remembers her birthday, keeps finding excuses to take her to work and knock on her door, etc. etc. Yeah, man, CLEARLY this woman means nothing to you. LOL!
@KitzelNJ Yes! You are right. They have changed positions of how they are treating each other. Laura should keep telling Luke she loves him no matter if he is ready to hear it or not or ready to say how he feels or not. That's what Luke did. Laura should. :)
Hutch has feelings for Laura, Scotty does, and also Luke. :) Well Laura is a sweetheart. I don't blame them. Hutch: The last thing you call Laura is a tramp. Well Hutch, tell Laura that! WOAH! SUSSEZ! I was right!! There IS an argument between Luke and Laura and when he does try to get out, the door is stuck! I thought I was losing my mind! I cant believe I remember that scene! :) I'm excited! :)
Does anyone know how GF got such gorgeous curls in her hair? I think her hair is naturally straight, but the hairstylist at GH really knew how to get volume. Anyone know how they did it? Her hair looks amazing here!
Yeah, hot curlers and a lot of brushing and teasing. Don't even ask about makeup that always took another hour. I used to wake up at 6am to be ready to leave the house by 8am, lol.
So happy I never cared about that crap, even in high school, where I took 30 mins to shower, dress and do my hair. 35 years later I have it down to 20 mins lol!
My sisters and I used to use hot rollers and a curling iron. Big hair was in. When I turned 18 I got a perm that looked like Luke's ( only longer! It took 4 hours.
I can't stand when things do not match! Laura's apartment door has a hallway and another door next to hers but when you walk into her apartment there is a lot of wall and space there. Therefore they shouldn't have made the exterior of her apartment door look the way it does...baffling. I couldn't stand the Jupiter2 from Lost in Space having all of those bedrooms when the outside doesn't look like it's big enough for it. UGH OCD I guess.
I think Hutch had great chemistry with Bobbi but he would not have been okay with her schemes. There is also the fact that GH knew that to keep Hutch was a bridge too far with viewers. He might have felt bad and turned over a new leaf, but we watched him kill an innocent man with no thought and they had the good sense not to try to make a romantic lead out of a paid hitman unlike the tptb that did it with Jason. To be perfectly blunt, the best viewing day of my modern life (post LnL1 and the rest of classic GH) was seeing Jason shot and kicked off the pier like the trash he is. The worst viewing day of my modern life was seeing him back again. I'm so glad classic GH never made that mistake. That was back when GH had some class.
What about the whole story line of when Hutch escapes after a hit is put on him in jail. He and Rose have a whole story line where they fall in love. He chooses to leave so she can have a good life instead of one on the run. It wasn't a lead but still a story line and I loved it. But yes, I do agree about Jason. I'm sick of the whole mobsters with a heart of gold crap they try to force on us, Sonny & Jason. Mobsters don't have hearts of gold!
Bobbie almost let it out that Luke and Laura were not still together when she said she didn't like the relationship they had over the summer. Luckily Hutch didn't catch on. So funny that Hutch tells Bobbie that no way is Laura a tramp and that anyone can see that. Except that is exactly what Bobbie thinks of Laura. If not for Bobbie Spencer, Laura would have never been raped and would still be happily married to Scotty.
@sonyab1974 Nah. Luke said to alexandra a few clips back that he like to do the chasing, not for the woman to chase him. And in this day and age, not too many women realize that! My 20s and 30s would have been a lot better if I had figured that out sooner!
I know this was 14 years ago but I wonder how long ago that was? I was always told to let the guy chase me and that guys didn't want a girl to be too aggressive. Now I wonder if that was really true. That would have been in the '80s, just a few years after this time in fact.

I know your comment is two years old but I think it was hotrollers. At least my hair looks like that when I put it on hotrollers!
