HOW TO MAKE A MACAPUNO BALLS CANDY

Macapuno balls candy is my favorite candy when I was in the Philippines. it is easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 cup cornstarch
1 can condensed milk
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups pureed macapuno
1 cup powdered milk for dusting
