One thing that I've noticed that helps with rooms that are locked doors and contain a dupe is that dupe creates a sort of droning noise, allowing you to more easily identify his door. Additionally, if you can't hear rain behind the door, it's probably not real. or you could just look at the key numbers because duh

This nutshell is quite accurate. My first time, I had 5 seizures every 1 door in the last 10. Also had at least 10 heart attacks during door 100. Also I forgot to put the scanner in the rift so I plan on doing 1000 again. (Idk why I forgot-)
Good video as always man!! :) Also about dupe, You can actually tell which door is fake or real even if you forgot the door numbers. When you get close to the fake door or stand near the wall near the door you can hear dupe's heartbeat 👍
Tank, Doors had added a new entity in the Hunt Called Dread. It will attack players once 1 hour has passed in-game, and Door 13 has been opened, but Door 14 has been left alone. Since the player must wait 1 hour before encountering it, Dread will not be a threat in a casual playthrough through the Hotel.
a tip for dupe is to get close to each door (to the side, not infront) and listen colsely, if you hear breathing its a dupe door, but if theres no breathing its the path you continue down
