I HAVE THIS MOD! I downloaded it off of MCPDL! There is no ef5 ef4 or ef3. Only Ef1 ef2 and ef0! Also, the "Settings" item doesn't do anything. I don't know what the "Tornado Item" does. BTW. HOW DOES YOUR MINECRAFT PE SETTINGS ITEM WORK FOR YOU!?!?! I have MINECRAFT bedrock. And the tornado creates a lot of lag.
