Lord of 7th house is Jupiter, which is conjunct with Saturn-Mars in Bharani Nakshatra in 11th house of Aries and loosely conjunct with Sun in Ashwini. Venus-mercury is conjunct in Revati in 10th house, which is aspected by Rahu. There are no planets in 7th house, which has only Jupiter's aspect. I think this signifies late marriage.
