you know what's funny? I'm from Poland, and Thanks to the fact that I started watching your channel, Eva, I started attending ballet lessons for adults and, quite by accident, I ended up at a school owned by Iza Milewska, who used to be Sławomir's ballet partner. When I found out about this, my brain exploded, what a coincidence! 😄
the ballet world of each country seems so small, when u think abt how teachers know eachother bc they were students/teachers/dancers with eachother!! its fun to see
@@stabbyttMegan and Parker are dating, Parker said in one of his shorts comment sections and lots of their shorts captions when they dance together in their videos are related to their relationship!
I did ballet from the age of 3 to the age of 13 and I miss it so much but at the same time I grew out of it and felt that my focus went more to hiphop and art. I still find myself doing ballet in my kitchen all the time and it makes me smile so much. It was a time in my life that I think back to often and have some really fond memories. I love your videos so much and appreciate the nostalgia it brings me❤❤❤.
I started doing ballet recently mostly because of your channel (I'm 37) and yesterday my teacher complimented me so much and she said I'm doing very good and I just want to thank you and everyone at Master Ballet Academy ❤ I found something I really love and never thought I would do something like this. Y'all literally changed my life for the better.
Hi Eva I wanted to tell you that you inspired me to start taking adult clases I’m 29 and starting ballet from scratch, thank you for sharing your confidence with me to pursue my dream despite my age 💕💕
I started dance pretty late at 15. I took over the summer beginners classes. 10 3 year olds and me. 🤣The 3 year olds were ahead of me. Teacher said plie and I was lost. This absolutely adorable kid turned around to demonstrate for me.
Love all ballets because they all have something unique and different to one another, but some of my favs(that I've watched) are Alice in Wonderland, Romeo and Juliet, Nutcracker (classic) and Peter Pan
yess come to brazil haha - jokes aside though it's very cheap here if you make a living in US dollars and quite a few ballet companies and lots of young talent
If you want to see some pyramids, go to Teotihuacán on a slow day. They let you climb one of the pyramids and the city ruins go on pretty much forever.
I js wanna know 2 things yall- 1. Do you have to be very skinny like most dancers or average?- 2. Is mba like a ballet school that the dancers can live at?
My favourite ballet I ever watched was probably Sleeping Beauty, my favourite colour is blue and my Mermaid name was always Sirena (my friends were Nixie and Marina, obviously).
I’ve always loved any sort of art that cleverly references much greater works of art. So ballets like La Boutique are super enjoyable for me. Particularly because you can get very creative with the choreography and setting, and take the entire ballet anywhere from the classic to the zany. It could be argued that you can do this with any ballet, but what I love about LBF is that it seems to pay homage to so many other ballets, like Coppélia or Nutcracker whilst still being a very competent ballet on its own.
Sore muscles : warm bath or hot water bottle/ hot (baby) bean bag if it’s circulation related (feels cool/colder to touch, better if massaged with warm hands) ice pack if it’s inflammation related (feels hot to touch, massage is really painful with warm hands). Hope this helps.
I live in greece its beautiful country It has many green like nature and many traditional places and the food IS GREAT ITS DELICIOUS I RECOMMEND TRY IT 👍❤🌱
Honestly, having a fear of horses is incredibly sensible. Half a tonne of prey animal can do a LOT of damage. I say this as someone who has been riding since I was three - I have a dent in my shinbone from being kicked, a permanent dead spot on my foot from being stamped on, a scar through my lip from being run over AFTER I went over that horse's head... And god only knows what my spine looks like after everything. Love them, couldn't live without them, probably should treat them with more fear 😂 Edit: favourite colour is orange - mostly because no one else picks it so if there's an orange bottle/pen/diary it's probably mine 😅 can't wear it though, it clashes with my red hair

Cape Town is beautiful, but I would not go their right now. It is extremely dangerous - at least from what I have from my friends. Research before you go.
Question! I’m a few days late, but why do some of the dancers wear what appears to be knitwear or some sort of fabric around just one leg or knee? Overall, I’ve noticed it’s common these days to look asymmetrical for some reason. In my sport of gymnastics (and other sports as well) you normally tape up or bandage particular areas if it’s usually injury related or to prevent/help absorb the damage that a hard landing may cause. I did ballet and dance in the early 2000s and I don’t recall this sort of fashion being common. Edit: I don’t mean to diminish it simply as a fashion choice. I’m sure there are practical reasons for it as well.
@@jaynegarrett372 I’m aware of that. I was in dance on and off for two decades. But what’s with the asymmetrical style and randomness all of a sudden? Like you’ll see a cut-up leg warmer around one knee or one ankle. I’m a bit dumbfounded by this generation’s style in dancewear is what I’m saying.
I live 2 hours by car far from Venice and it is one of those places that , just because it is near .....I never go . I should visit it more often as I assure you it is amazing ❤. Well I told her - don’t worry, grandma’s still got it! And proceeded to out dance and out jump the whole class mainly in their late 20s!

Me always wondered too! Are they highlighting something in the movement by having the asymmetric look or is it just a fashion trend????
So I’m pretty sure that they are leg warmers to keep their muscles warm when doing leaps and turns and that kind of stuff. Hope this helps
