Hey everyone :) hope you have been enjoying these more frequent uploads! We have been finding that we have been filming SO much content after not making travel vlogs for over a year so when possible we are going try and upload on Sundays and Wednesdays :) with the Wednesdays being a bonus upload if Stephen can edit a double hitter in a week! What have you all been up to this week?
Gone into another hard lock down here in Melbourne this will be no 6! I hope you can get your covid vaccinations soon. Thanks for the videos, i look forward to them. Hunter is growing so fast.
Love you guys it’s the summer holidays and as I’m preparing for secondary school I I am loving watching your vlogs you have such a beautiful family I love you so much I listen to your podcast every night love you guys keep up the fab-u-lous work
Congrats on Hunter’s first steps! 🎉 Just yesterday I read an article how children choose the toughest way to accomplish something because that way they test their body capabilities and learn their boundaries. For example you will often see a child not taking the steps on a slide but rather climb on the slide itself and that is exactly because they prefer the hardest way (I guess evolution has also done its magic here and by making child’s brain select the bumpiest ride it helps it become more confident and independent as well as boosts motor development). Thanks for the bonus vlog this week🧡
That's fascinating and actually makes a lot of sense when you think about it. Our 15yo is still doing that now, but I think we probably helicoptered in a bit too much to make life easier for him when he was younger without realising why he was doing it the hard way. Benefit of hindsight, eh?
@@jordinja we never stop learning 😊I am sure you did a great job in raising him! I wish humans built up bravery with time but looks like we do the exactly opposite and become more and more insecure😂
Wearing Steve’s shirt and carrying her favourite toys gave Hunter a sense of security allowing her to be more adventurous and to test what she is arable of. As a mum of 3 grown up girls who forever will be my babies, I thank you for sharing such a wonderful moment.
Thank you, thank you for showing us such a beautiful part of our country. Stuck in lockdown here in Sydney, waking up to beautiful scenes and watching Hunter take her first steps: priceless.
Your video quality is phenomenal. Especially compared to some other travel you tubers out there. As an Aussie, I appreciate you guys exploring everything you can to show the rest of the world just how unique Australia is. Keep up the amazing week! I definitely look forward to your uploads!
@@flyingthenest well, it's more of a brunch I guess but nothing special, just some pasta bolognese I made a few days back :) I need to try your tofu dish from the start of the video some time, looked really good!
OMG, little Hunter practicing walking in daddy's top brought tears to my eyes. Soooo cute :) There is nothing more heart warming than to witness these milestones. Love your vids.
Wasnt expecting this! You guys are helping me get through the lockdown in QLD and online learning for year 12 with your videos, I think I’ve gone and watched every single one
Aww I’m so proud of you Stephen and Jessica because you guys are amazing and I’m happy because you guys get exslor your home town in your mobile home what a beautiful family vlog ❤️❤️😇😇
Im 55 years old and still have memories of doing the lap in a caravan with my sister and parents when I was 4 years old. Everlasting memories for you but also Hunter. Great job . Fellow Perth home base. 😁
You bunch are an amazing family ! Loving the tour of your homeland and the many hot springs, but those crocodile shows in the nearby waterways always has me saying ..... please get out of the hot springs asap ! Lol. Well done little Hunter on your walking skills :)
Fabulous vlog😊. Congrats Hunter on her first steps👏. It would be great if you showed a map 🗺️ of your travel route.. Also for Hunter 👶 later🤗 I traveled from Darwin to Alice during one of my OZ back-packed trips. We swam in Katherine Gorge after a hike through the gorge and boat trip. They told us it was fine "the fresh crocs weren't in that part of the river" (they were, on the opposite bank🐊!). Then we saw a cage and asked what it was.. They told us "for the saltys that sometimes make their way there from the coast!" 😬. Where was the hot spring in Katherine that you visited? It looked very similar to the Mataranka thermal springs between Katherine and Daily Water that I went to. Great you are going to Dawin.. Litchfield NP and Kakadu NP are beautiful 😊. I loved Fogg Dam, the Termite Mounds, Wangi Falls, Buley Rocks and Tolmer Falls in Litchfield NP.. And a boat trip on Yellow Water and the rock art at Nourlangie Rock in Kakadu NP. Just stunning. Also you can feed the wild fish at Doctors Gully in Darwin which is lovely..especially for Hunter👶. Can't wait to see what you visit🤗. I hope you guys also drive the whole of the Stuarts Highway.. I did it from north to south. There are so many fantastic places eg The Devils Marbles in NT, Kings Canyon, Ulura, Kata Tjuta in ST and Cooper Pedy, the Salt Lakes, the Finder's Ranges, Wilpena Pond, and Parachilna Gorge.. Just stunning🤗... So excited for your trip down to Alice😊. Are you going to drive the whole of the E-W "Outback Highway" during your travels?
Please keep making more of these videos. I personally miss your videos now , after I’ve watched your last video yesterday. . Love you all ,especially your little most gorgeous baby Hunter .
6:16 i have been to the hot springs in Katherine, too. It was my first time ever beeing in a natural hot springs "pool" - it was amazing. When i was there it was 2010 - i really have to visit Australia again some day!
Thank you for showing us the fantastic scenery in your country, Hunter is enjoying herself immensely and is pretty cute, the walking in dads T shirt was a keeper.
Like always another beautiful video. Congratulations to Hunter on walking plus having the difficulty level high because of doing it in Stephen's shirt 👕. Great scenery.. thanks for showing us 😃
What a beautiful vlog! Your filming is fantastic the way you capture both the look and feel of a place. I keep forgetting to say how much I love the new intro. It’s so well done! Continue your trip safely and I’m looking forward to your next vlog. PS going to make that lovely tofu dish. Xxxxx
