    you cannot remain there always but if this I which wants to remain there dies it will be there. this is the way it is. drop the one who says how can I be in this state and as you drop in that moment you will discover you never were but only one exists and also that all is one and one is all. suffering is also for the ego if you move beyond as already said you will come to the truth. suffering can be helpful but will drop because the one who suffers is illusion and in illusion and when that drops suffering is nothing. slowly from the one who wants to meditate.

    Sir in you explanation, while giving an example one moment you are saying not to think about the phone because energy is going out side. You are also saying that if we think and think then we are gone suddenly you are saying to create awareness sit for five seconds and think about the breathing think about the fan. I am bit confuse how thinking about the phone is different than thinking about the fan. I feel Though is same,if we think about the breathing we will go deeper and deeper. If we think about the phone and fan also we will go deeper and deeper. So how to differentiate which thought to think and which to not. Which thought is for awareness and which thought is not. Please help me
