Do you think it is easier to get into a director position by time (year working) or already having experience on the work but without 5+ year on it?

Thanks Vinicius! I'm not sure I understand the question - can you rephrase it?
If you're asking if it's easier to move up in the same company versus moving up by changing companies, I'd say the latter.

Elif I need your help. I am having an interview for a position called Artwork Specialist at P&G. I do not have experience working in marketing. Could you please help with information about this role, is this role like being a marketing specialist?

Hey Brenda - hard to comment without seeing the job post but doesn't sound like a marketing specialist role at all to me. Maybe a marketing designer if the role is in the marketing department? Read the job post very carefully and you should be able to figure out where the role stands.
