Hell yeah, a new season! It sounds like you will be doing a lot of transit, which makes me very happy. Looking at your planning diagram and hearing your plans in general, I have some thoughts: Foremost, might I suggest connecting the Rural FarmLands and New Towne with a transit line? It would relief some rail congestion I anticipate, and could make for a beautiful scenic ride through the mountainous terrain. Another thing I suggest (which I think would be purely aesthetic) if you are going for a walkable vibe, is to decrease the drivable road width - in Europe I believe the width is about 2.5-3.25m (should be still wide enough for trams and buses).
The transit line to New Towne makes waay to much sense that I think we would be silly not to add that. I have notated it for when we get to that area. It means it will also be prudent for us to to install a dual platform station in the rural farmland area so one subway line can traverse to old towne and the other platform to new towne. I like the idea of a smaller road as well and I would probably try and focus the extra space for pedestrians. By chance do you know if there is a guide out there that delves into the road builder mod? I would want to make sure that decreasing the road width wouldn't break the game in other ways.
