    Abolish ATF NOW!!!

    As a former Police Officer the actions of the ATF are totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL, ILLEGAL, APPALLING, DISGRACEFUL & DISGUSTING. Look at the whole scenario: To start with, it was a search warrant not an arrest warrant, Mr.Malinowski had no criminal record at all, LEGALLY & CONSTITUTIONALLY EVERY homeowner (& citizen for that matter) has the right to self-defense especially in their own home to use whatever force is necessary to stop an intruder if they feel their lives are threatened. Mr Malinowski & his wife are asleep in their beds, the ATF cuts the power to the house (which means there is now very little to no light in the entire house), & I think they also jammed the frequencies to the mobile devices (which means they can't call 911) & the ATF breaks down/smashes down the door & the homeowners are awakened by the noise of the door being smashed down. They like any other normal person with a half a brain would think that they have an intruder in the house, he loads a gun (mine would've been already loaded) & goes to investigate to see if there is an intruder or intruders in the house. Remember the power is cut to the house, it is dark & going to see if there are intruders he sees a subject or subjects in front of him. Feeling that both him & his wife's lives are threatened he does what any normal person with half of brain SHOULD DO, he shoots the gun at the intruder/intruders & the ATF shoot & kill/ murder/ assassinate him. WHAT A PATHETIC DISGRACEFUL JOKE!! Mr. Malinowski was defending both his & his wife's lives & the ATF murders him for CONSTITUTIONALLY & LEGALLY defending their own lives against intruders in their own house whose appearances can't be well recognized BECAUSE THEY/THE ATF CUT THE POWER TO THE HOUSE. THIS WAS A TOTAL HIT JOB/ ASSASSINATION BY THE ATF. EVERY ATF AGENT INVOLVED IN THIS INCLUDING THEIR SUPERIORS & DETTLEBAUCH NEED TO. BE FIRED, CHARGED W/MURDER, PROSECUTED & SENT TO PRISON. THE ATF DID NOT HAVE TO & SHOULD NOT HAVE HANDLED A SEARCH WARRANT IN THIS MANNER

    Yesterday it was reported that the ATF did a 6 am search with 10 vehicles, weapond, gear, etc.warrant by blocking the doorbell camera , cutting the electricity, no knocking, crashing door down, shot him in the head in less than a minute. Threw his wife in a vehicle and kept her locked in for 5 hours in a. nightgown in cold weather. Her husband is a director of an airport making good money. He collects coins and guns. He goes to the gun shows and swaps, sells his guns from time to time. They had a tracker on his car. They followed him going back and forth to work Lived there for many years. There was no reason to do a search warrant at his home knowing that they would be asleep and think someone was breaking in which is what anyone would have thought. Also no body cam. I thought this guy was so defensive , would not answer questions. What bothered me was he had no regrets about the way they did a sesrch warrant. It makes me think they wanted a shootout.

    Costs of police bodycams can be had for less than $200, and with less than 5500 agents in the ATF, that only amounts to 1.1 million dollars. Why is he quoting a need for a budget Increase of 37 million to get the other 2 thirds of the ATF properly equipped. What am I missing other than somebody's priorities are f'd up. Then there's the question of risk management. The way this raid was done smacks of sheer organizational incompetence.

    • @bpths
      @bpths 24 дня назад

      This raid never should have happened. As for body cameras, it's slightly more nuanced, but still his budget could implement them now. Initial costs not only includes the cameras themselves but other things like
      1. Charging stations and extra batteries
      2. Costs for repair or replacement for damaged cameras
      3. Training all those agents how to use them, when to use them according to policy, and more importantly how to download, catalog, and store the data.
      4. The data storage itself (the most expensive part)
      Let's say you have 5500 agents and they only record 2 hours of activity a day. That's 11,000 hours. Assuming it's HD quality let's just say each hour of footage is 1GB. That means your recording and storing 11 Terabytes of video a day. Now that video has to be kept for as long as the case it's tied to is able to be tried and or appealed cause it is evidence. So you're talking up to 5 or more years depending on the case (DC vs Heller took 5 years for example). Data storage is the most expensive and cost prohibitive reason places use to not implement them.
      That being said I know small podunk agencies with 5 officers that have them, they just get like 2-3 cause not all of the officers are working at the exact same time. They just swap batteries.

    $1,625,000,000 divided by 52 weeks is over $31,000,000 a week between 5000 ATF&E personnel but they don’t have enough money to have EVERY agent that interacts with another, in his official capacity, having a body camera and audio recording of the interactions because “they need more funding”…yeah, seems legit. 🤔💩

    Mr. Johnson from GA. This man had no criminal record and made over $200K as the director of an airport. I would call that his income source. Not being a gun dealer.

    The worst of the worst. Atf beat down my door once, threatened to shoot my PUPPY, had a warrant to search my home, my person and anyperson at the premises or arrived at the premises while searching and any and all vehicles. Because they thought I was a drug dealer. I've never sold a drug. They found an illegal street sign and a one hit bong. They destroyed my home. The regular officers that came with sat on my couch and played my Playstation while they ripped my house apart. I never got a copy of the warrant or was charged with any crime and never heard anything after they left except the city cop gave me a ticket for having the street sign. Worst of the worst over here.

    The ATF is enamored with Gestapo style tactics. It should be disbanded immediately. Other agencies are more than capable of executing its duties and responsibilities, assuming they are allowed to by soft on crime DAs. Considering the state of law and order in this country under democratic policies it’s unfathomable that this man had to die when actual crime runs rampant in the streets of this country, completely unchecked.

  • @vicerichter1163
    @vicerichter1163 25 дней назад +8

    Its a practice that is universally recognized all across the board. Even in Law Enforcement. Especially task-force agencies. If a task-force agency is no longer needed in service for the role they provided. It gets dissolved and removed. If a task-force FAILS to provide service in it's role. Then it is of no use to the police department and must be dissolved and disbanded. And anyone involved being held accountable for their misconduct.
    When you have an agency that continuously repeats mistakes, causes damage, displays lack of accountability, endangers the very population that they are trying to protect and constantly sidesteps authority for their own benefit. And has proven that they cant even do the job right. Not only that. FAILING the core mission at the basic level which is "catching criminals" and "keeping guns safe" from the real threats in our country.
    Then there is no other logical option but to get rid of the agency. ATF has failed multiple times throughout the last 30 years and not once was reprimanded or penalized for their actions.
    No one went to prison, no one got indicted, their qualified immunity exalts them from punishment. Hell, even when they dont their job. They still get a pass from judgment. It makes me sick seeing a rogue government organization just keeps getting away with it.

      The REAL facts are that almost all Fed agencies and Unconstitutional. This is documented in at least two different places in our Constitution. It's CRYSTAL CLEAR. We are watching the beginning of their dismantling as we speak.

    The ATF is at war with the citizens of the USA. I view this as close to the military raids we did in Iraq, 2005, but the difference is we didn't kill the persons we raided. These agents just wanted to look good but were caught going against procedures resulting the death of a civilian.

    It’s sad that these “committees” are a purely theatrical “scolding”. Only intended to make the public think, someone will be held accountable and that things will change. I have literally never seen anything come of these committee briefings besides being great comedy entertaining entertainment. That is when you can forget that this stuff is serious.

    I do believe that any law abiding citizen, as I'm sure everyone would agree the victim was, would comply with a search warrant that was served at a decent hour of business.
    As stated this was not a search warrant being served on a cartel, which is where they would normally use the element of surprise 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. no knock entrance.
    I hope that this is not swept under the rug as many of this type of abuse of power is normally taken care of.
    My deepest condolence to the victim's family❤
