Yesterday it was reported that the ATF did a 6 am search with 10 vehicles, weapond, gear, etc.warrant by blocking the doorbell camera , cutting the electricity, no knocking, crashing door down, shot him in the head in less than a minute. Threw his wife in a vehicle and kept her locked in for 5 hours in a. nightgown in cold weather. Her husband is a director of an airport making good money. He collects coins and guns. He goes to the gun shows and swaps, sells his guns from time to time. They had a tracker on his car. They followed him going back and forth to work Lived there for many years. There was no reason to do a search warrant at his home knowing that they would be asleep and think someone was breaking in which is what anyone would have thought. Also no body cam. I thought this guy was so defensive , would not answer questions. What bothered me was he had no regrets about the way they did a sesrch warrant. It makes me think they wanted a shootout.

Assuming it's HD quality let's just say each hour of footage is 1GB. That means your recording and storing 11 Terabytes of video a day. Now that video has to be kept for as long as the case it's tied to is able to be tried and or appealed cause it is evidence. So you're talking up to 5 or more years depending on the case (DC vs Heller took 5 years for example). Data storage is the most expensive and cost prohibitive reason places use to not implement them. That being said I know small podunk agencies with 5 officers that have them, they just get like 2-3 cause not all of the officers are working at the exact same time. They just swap batteries.
That Report is a Lie/Propoganda as 18-19 year olds are not children Teenagers are not Children Majority of Crimes that involves guns with actual Minors is Gang and Drug related
$1,625,000,000 divided by 52 weeks is over $31,000,000 a week between 5000 ATF&E personnel but they don’t have enough money to have EVERY agent that interacts with another, in his official capacity, having a body camera and audio recording of the interactions because “they need more funding”…yeah, seems legit. 🤔💩
Mr. Johnson from GA. This man had no criminal record and made over $200K as the director of an airport. I would call that his income source. Not being a gun dealer.
The worst of the worst. Atf beat down my door once, threatened to shoot my PUPPY, had a warrant to search my home, my person and anyperson at the premises or arrived at the premises while searching and any and all vehicles. Because they thought I was a drug dealer. I've never sold a drug. They found an illegal street sign and a one hit bong. They destroyed my home. The regular officers that came with sat on my couch and played my Playstation while they ripped my house apart. I never got a copy of the warrant or was charged with any crime and never heard anything after they left except the city cop gave me a ticket for having the street sign. Worst of the worst over here.
The ATF is enamored with Gestapo style tactics. It should be disbanded immediately. Other agencies are more than capable of executing its duties and responsibilities, assuming they are allowed to by soft on crime DAs. Considering the state of law and order in this country under democratic policies it’s unfathomable that this man had to die when actual crime runs rampant in the streets of this country, completely unchecked.
Its a practice that is universally recognized all across the board. Even in Law Enforcement. Especially task-force agencies. If a task-force agency is no longer needed in service for the role they provided. It gets dissolved and removed. If a task-force FAILS to provide service in it's role. Then it is of no use to the police department and must be dissolved and disbanded. And anyone involved being held accountable for their misconduct. When you have an agency that continuously repeats mistakes, causes damage, displays lack of accountability, endangers the very population that they are trying to protect and constantly sidesteps authority for their own benefit. And has proven that they cant even do the job right. Not only that. FAILING the core mission at the basic level which is "catching criminals" and "keeping guns safe" from the real threats in our country. Then there is no other logical option but to get rid of the agency. ATF has failed multiple times throughout the last 30 years and not once was reprimanded or penalized for their actions. No one went to prison, no one got indicted, their qualified immunity exalts them from punishment. Hell, even when they dont their job. They still get a pass from judgment. It makes me sick seeing a rogue government organization just keeps getting away with it.
The REAL facts are that almost all Fed agencies and Unconstitutional. This is documented in at least two different places in our Constitution. It's CRYSTAL CLEAR. We are watching the beginning of their dismantling as we speak.
Not entirely true. They do take down a lot of bad people, they do stop a lot of illegal firearms and so forth. But, to your point, it's kind of like a surgeon that shows up for surgery drunk 10% of the time. Sure, 90% of the time he's fine, but he should still lose his license.
They murdered that poor man, I’m from the United Kingdom and the world is watching this crime and assassination by the ATF needs to be held accountable.
The ATF is at war with the citizens of the USA. I view this as close to the military raids we did in Iraq, 2005, but the difference is we didn't kill the persons we raided. These agents just wanted to look good but were caught going against procedures resulting the death of a civilian.
It’s sad that these “committees” are a purely theatrical “scolding”. Only intended to make the public think, someone will be held accountable and that things will change. I have literally never seen anything come of these committee briefings besides being great comedy entertaining entertainment. That is when you can forget that this stuff is serious.
Oh no there are indictments and charges brought up by congress...but they have to be enforced by a court/ judge. So it only happens when everyone is on the same page. Which doesn't happen frequently
It would only cost the entire ATF department 1.27 million dollars to outfit every single one of their 5099 officers with body cameras, and those cameras would be the more expensive option.
@ 1:37:10 There is evidence sir! Your agents were recorded in the Walmart parking lot, preparing to process the warrant on the 12th. But it was served on the 19th.
I do believe that any law abiding citizen, as I'm sure everyone would agree the victim was, would comply with a search warrant that was served at a decent hour of business. As stated this was not a search warrant being served on a cartel, which is where they would normally use the element of surprise 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. no knock entrance. I hope that this is not swept under the rug as many of this type of abuse of power is normally taken care of. My deepest condolence to the victim's family❤
I find it very hard to believe that the investigating agents did not notify their chain-of-command that the director of an airport is under investigation for illegally selling firearms.
Why does this man have no shame and how can he run ATF he speaks on illegal firearms and knows nothing about a firearm we need to replace him as chairman
Wait a mintue. You tell me that my local Police and Shrieffs have body cameras but a Federal agency doesn't? Is this why ATF and FBI Agents been hostile to civilians who have recording devices? We the people know these agencies don't want to be monitored while interacting with the general public.

If the investigation is independent? Dettalbach shouldn't know anything about the investigation!
Did the ATF notify DHS and/or the FBI and/or TSA that the director of an airport is under investigation for illegally selling firearms?
Is there any local DA willing to press charges on the ATF for this murder?
Wait, a politician from California is actually against the ATF? Who saw that coming?
I want both parties and all branches of government to define what constitutes a "tyrannical government" uniparty global governance agenda
Not Prosecuting Criminals does not transate to dropping of Crimes
That Report is a Lie/Propoganda as 18-19 year olds are not children Teenagers are not Children Majority of Crimes that involves guns with actual Minors is Gang and Drug related
We live in a police state.
🤡
Many ppl would've used the 2nd amendment or sued in that situation
I was 23. It took me a while to grow into my big girl panties.
Mr. Dettlbach. I don't think the judge is going to like you throwing him under the bus!
If the government can control the sale of personal firearms they can find a way to control the sale of ANY personal property.
Again, if serving a search warrant to a potential dangerous person, why wait until HE is home?! In the dark?! With no body cams?! Asleep?!
hold everyone involved accountable!
Looks like ATF does more damage then good
Not entirely true. They do take down a lot of bad people, they do stop a lot of illegal firearms and so forth.
But, to your point, it's kind of like a surgeon that shows up for surgery drunk 10% of the time.
Sure, 90% of the time he's fine, but he should still lose his license.
Waco, ruby ridge, Malinoski
Who decides the profit and would that not require proof of profit? Did the ATF have proof that malonoski was running a business for profit?
It would only cost the entire ATF department 1.27 million dollars to outfit every single one of their 5099 officers with body cameras, and those cameras would be the more expensive option.
Immediately over a three year period? I see a problem here.
If I was a sheriff or a chief, I wouldn't let my deputies or officers work with you . . . people.
I just could not listen to Hank ‘the island will tip over’ Johnson.
💯🤣🤣
I find it very hard to believe that the investigating agents did not notify their chain-of-command that the director of an airport is under investigation for illegally selling firearms.
Modern day Waco, Ruby. Fuck the ATF. Need to go.
Swalwell will hide behind the security team who has more dangerous firearms than most others have. That man is such a hypocrite.
Why does this man have no shame and how can he run ATF he speaks on illegal firearms and knows nothing about a firearm we need to replace him as chairman
Not enough funding for body cams?! So there were none left in the armory when they were gearing up??
Wait a mintue. You tell me that my local Police and Shrieffs have body cameras but a Federal agency doesn't? Is this why ATF and FBI Agents been hostile to civilians who have recording devices? We the people know these agencies don't want to be monitored while interacting with the general public.
it's maybe because i am not american or english native speaker, but i don't get it, how do you get to become a part of Judiciary Committee by axing instead of asking?
Stupid illiterates need representation too!
DEI
WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL THE DRUG MONEY ATF CONFACATES?? WOULD MAKE SENCE TO USE THIS MONEY BACK INTO THE DEPARTMENT TO BUY BODY CAMERAS SOUND VERY FISHY
The Executive branch and its administrative components can avoid giving Congress any information by opening an investigation? Sounds like the Administration is going to investigate everything, indefinitely.
Committee hearings without corrective action taken needs to be made illegal. Tired of these shows of bullshit.
You would think that judiciary would have something to do with JUSTICE but has it ever? Will it ever? WHAT A JOKE. IT'S JUST A SHOW FOLKS. THE SAME CLOWN SHOW WE'VE WATCHED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. NEVER ACCOUNTABILITY EVER!!!!
Mr. Dettlbach. Don't lump all Law Enforcement with you federal duck ups!!!!!!!
And they wonder why people want ghost guns, most likely it's not the criminals
Diddlebrain needs to be fired!
He should be in prison for treason, along with many others.
Looks like ATF is a hit man organization
DETTELBACH, liar liar pants on fire! He couldn't build an 80% lower if his life depended on it😂😂😂
“We catch a lot of very violent people!” -Sees a 13” barrel with a 90 degree grip-
This guy is full of it they dont seem to be going after all the shooters in Chicago
The director of the atf doesnt have the full investigative report ??
People.. we must learn humanity in it's deepest sense.
What does this guy know every time Congress asks him a question his answer is I don't know I'm tired of hearing his mouth Mr I can't comment you work for the people
I am curious if ATF Agents filed for an arrest warrant and the judge denied it.
Great question.
@ 31:05 How Dettlebach can say those things on front of Malinowski's wife is incredible!
When a person asks a question and the person responding looks at his notes to responded. Makes me fill as this was preplanned.
Heil Dettlbach.
Question is if Firearms are so dangerous why is the government Army every little facet that they have
This was a hit. 100%. This guy’s answers says it all
