- Eika and I were able to return to Sakura-Con again and host another Soul Eater panel, this time as Maka and Crona! Featuring some Q&A, dramatic fan fiction readings, and poetry mad-libs, we shared lots of laughs with our audience and had a blast! Huge thanks to everyone who came and to everyone's support, and I hope you enjoy watching the video!

Aw, thank you~ It always makes me sad, in- and out-of-character when people have the assumption that Crona doesn't have much physical strength. Crona's super strong with the help of Ragnarok of course, so I always try to set the record straight! ^_^

We can't help but commentate on a lot of the fan fictions we reenact. Sometimes they need a bit of extra narration to properly express how we REALLY feel about them~ I'm glad you enjoy it!

I'm a lowkey hardcore Maka and Crona shipper, so whenever Maka went to touch or go close to Crona or even hugged them when they were reading the bad fanfic, I was curling up in happiness- even though poor Crona was freaking out over how creepy Mai was. XD
Ik, I first saw this a few months ago but I loved this not just bc it was funny but bc Maka and Crona were hugging and everything-

I was so happy to have a microphone with a cord that actually let me move around a little! The last panel we hosted at Sakura-Con, our microphones had next to no slack whatsoever, so it made things a bit tricky. It was a wonderful improvement!

The cosplayers are so awesome and they are so good at acting that i thought they would be the actors who will make a live action of soul eater. And I almost watched all of the panels i hope there would be more soul and maka. Love the awesome work its so SYMMETRYCAL .LOL. ♡☆♡☆♡☆♡
Thank you, that's a very awesome compliment! We try to do the characters as much justice as we can, so that's very encouraging! Gosh, if there was ever a live-action Soul Eater movie I would totally sign up.

It would be awesome if you were ever able to make it! It's always such an amazing thing to me to meet people after panels and hear their stories about why they came or if they're from other social media and such. And if this helps, perhaps you could ask for registration for a con as a birthday (or Christmas if you celebrate it) present? That's how I went to Sakura-Con for the first time last year, actually! I put it on the top of my Christmas wishlist and it was the best surprise I could have hoped for!
And hey, no shame in that! I think we've all been that person at some point in our lives~

I think I just found my favorite cosplay Channel ever. Really, not only is your cosplay amazing, but now I really want to find one of your panels! it's super cool house in character you get and how easily you can just get out of character. Not only that, but you found a way to make Crona even more amazing! :-)

If it hadn't been a PG-13 panel, it very well could have~ We try super hard to follow each convention's policies about what's allowed for the different ratings, so while I personally thought of lots of ways I could have taken it that direction, I had to stop myself. XP
If it was 18+ than those fanfics would of been acted and I don't think I would of been able to bear that

This is the first cosplay I've seen you in where your character is shy and introverted, and you did amazing! It's so cool to see you as Crona, it was A+. Nice job as always and I hope to meet you eventually!

Uptown's capacity to accurately display characters as different as Soul Eater and Crona is impressive.
I feel so sorry for Crona in that fan-fic, it can't actually be them it must be some new character borrowing Crona's name who doesn't have an interfering Ragnarok and does have a completely different warped personality.
Crona is so adorable aahhh so cute. I see very few Crona cosplays, good ones at that. Good job!

I'm only recently catching up with some of your older panels, and I've got to say - after watching you as characters like Chat Noir, Death the Kid and Tsukiyama, it was almost surreal watching you as a paranoid, timid character like Crona; And you did a fantastic job :D This was so interesting and fun to watch.
and kudos to that Spirit in the audience for interacting with you two (much to Maka's disdain x'D )

Oh my goodness this was amazing! This was the first time I've been to Sakuracon and my first time attending cosplay panel and it was so much fun!! You've rekindled my love for cosplay and I hope to do cosplay panels one day. I've watched your other panels on youtube and wanted nothing more than to be there! Your voice is so squeaky >^< I don’t know if it’s just your impersonation of Corona or if it’s naturally like that in this video but it sounds more squeakier than ur other videos even when your voice gets deeper in this video
I was changing the pitch of my voice for Crona, so my normal voice doesn't sound much like that at all :)
