They stick to the sexual dimorphism pretty strictly in the Clone Wars and the Bad Batch, which I like. Male Twi’leks just look like Bib Fortuna. Even in the Old Republic games male Twi’leks have some sexually dimorphic traits. The showrunners for BOBF just forgot about those and nobody corrected them. My headcanon is that all those Twi’leks are transgender.
Option 1: there is dimorphism in the species
Option 2: Bib be ugly
Option 3: Disney doesn't know what the hell they are doing
I think these could all potentially be true to some degree…
