this game is still such fun lol

    Video Description
Player gets the snarling last core to defeat GLaDOS, but is a split second too late to fully deposit it into the incinerator before the timer runs out. Player collapses, but the core rolls the rest of the way into the incinerator on its own, triggering the victory cutscene anyway.
An explosion goes off and GLaDOS is eerily silent where she would normally still be speaking. Player unlocks the Heartbreaker achievement for beating the game, while still lying motionless on the floor. The top part of the large room breaks up and lifts away into the air in a swirl of anti-gravity, and the environment fades to white.
Instead of fading back in, the environment stays white with only a couple small patches of color. A robot is heard approaching, and says "Thank you for assuming the party escort submission position," before dragging the player away as the white light fades through to black, only briefly showing the wreckage of the building outside.
Instead of going into the last cutscene, the game returns to the mostly-white screen with some colorful areas peeking through, and remains frozen there. Player tries using different buttons, and discovers that the menu still works, showing that they attained the Heartbreaker achievement, in addition to Lab Rat, Fratricide, Partygoer, and Friendly Fire. Upon backing out of the menu, the game is still frozen on the mostly-white screen.
Player restarts the game, which loads to the default main screen showing where the player originally woke up at the start of the game. Player checks the achievements to see that Heartbreaker is still locked. Player loads the most recent save file, which puts them back at the beginning of the final fight against GLaDOS.
Player redoes the ending of the game, using the orange and blue portals to redirect turret fire up at GLaDOS and knocking loose the three cores needed to destroy her, while GLaDOS keeps trying to verbally manipulate the player. The first core has an orange "eye" and makes pleasant and naive-sounding commentary as it's carried to the incinerator.
The second core lands high above the player and requires them to place a blue portal even higher up. They then use an orange portal in the floor to jump through the blue portal, aiming and falling through the orange portal again to fling themselves far enough to reach the second core. It has a blue "eye" and starts reciting ingredients when it's picked up.
GLaDOS pretends to choke on the neurotoxin before laughing mockingly at the player and confirming that she's kidding. The third core has a red eye and snarls ferociously as it's brought to the incinerator, in the midst of GLaDOS continuing to disparage the player.
When the third core is destroyed, an explosion goes off and this time GLaDOS continues speaking, but it becomes distorted, first high-pitched and then low-pitched. The top of the building breaks up and floats into a white light with GLaDOS, with the player also lifting into the air this time.
The white light fades away to reveal the burning wreckage of GLaDOS and the building, outside in a sunlit parking lot. A robot is heard approaching and says, "Thank you for assuming the party escort submission position," before dragging the player away with a fade to black.
The last cutscene triggers properly, POV showing a rapid journey through the inner workings of other parts of the building far underground, until arriving in a large room full of dozens of other cores, surrounding a companion cube and a table with a cake. The cake appears to be possibly fruitcake, with six strawberries on top in a circle around a single lit candle.
One by one, several of the cores' "eyes" light up orange, before a mechanical claw lowers from the ceiling and pinches out the candle, leaving the viewer in darkness.
Scene skips the song "Still Alive" in the credits to show the main menu, which transitions from showing the original holding cell where the player first woke up, to instead show a smaller room where the same cake is on a table with a computer keyboard, a red rotary phone, and a radio playing an upbeat instrumental version of "Still Alive."
