    LOVE THIS! Idk what happened with Hollywood BTS channels on YT disappearing over the years, so many reeling back on *RAW BTS/B-roll/Interview footage, but its so needed and appreciated💯 I would say to continue to do more on your channel please @A24 - but also, this is so specifically Spike and the NYC/Indie sensibility, I don't want to erode its specialness with overexposure. So for future projects as fitting as this one was...keep it up! YA DIG⁉ SHO' NUFF!! ⚡

    This was a really nice documentary. It was really good to see some behind the scenes of the how the story was made. I had the pleasure of photographing the the New York special screen celebrity arrivals of Highest 2 Lowest. That was an incredible experience to be in the same room with Spike, Denzel Washington and Jeffrey Wright along with so many other illustrious talents.

    Saw it in theaters. It's a good late-career movie with the GOAT in perhaps his last starring role. The structure was quite interesting with something to say about wealth, and devaluation of culture. Great New York Movie.

    This movie makes no sense in modern time. Especially since post-Getty kidnapping in the 70s. Both films this was adapted from were Kurosawa in 50s and the other one in the 60s. Ain't no cancelling someone for not paying for someone else's ransom. We already know it opens someone up for more random attempts. Hell, America doesn't negotiate with terrorists. This is a central plot point that they ran this modern movie on and it DOESNT WORK.
