FIRST TIME...! I made an RC Bus Chassis with Air Suspension System from PVC.

How to make an RC Bus Chassis with an Air Suspension System. this is my first time making a Shock beaker resembling Air Suspension for an RC Bus. I have made several RC Bus Chassis from Wood, Aluminum and Iron. now we make a Bus Chassis with Super Wide Trunk from Paralon (PVC) material. This material is easy to find. and easy to shape with simple tools. 1/14 scale RC Bus Chassis (approximately). for this Bus Chassis Type I don't know. At first I wanted to make a Mercedes Benz OH 1626 Bus Chassis but the results were like what you are watching. but i like it.

I love that you made all that from scratch, you obviously have talent. That being said technically this isn't air suspension, it is just springs. Air suspension has air bags that raise and lower the suspension depending on how much air is pumped into the air bags. I kept wait to see how you were going to add air hoses and it never happened. I hope you will show the finished product as I still think your design is interesting.

Great spring suspension! That's impressive how that glue holds so strong when it was barely applied on the pieces. It would just fall apart if I had did it. 😆 Very good Spring suspension. Look forward to the air suspension video!

Man you build some amazing models. I heard stories about what the companies that originally made PVC pipe did to hide it's effects on the human body. Gloves may should be worn when handling the warm PVC sheets. It will erode the bones from your finger tips and leave you with nothing inside your finger tips.
