Sir mae 46 yrs ki lady hu jisko 20 yrs back atypical pneumonia huwa bad COPD aur 4 saal pehlae TB huwa .Sir mujhe COVID kae starting waqt par jab abhi tests common nahee huwae thae tab one month Tak fever, night sweats, aur cough tha with lot of weakness but weight loss, blood in cough nahee tha. Mei community mae medical camps karte hun isliye bahut logon sae milna rehta hai ...mujhe jab ye symptoms nazar aayae to doc nae direct CT scan kae basis par tb treatment shuru kiyae tree in bus aur bilateral ggo dekkar...sputum test nahe Kiya tha...phir COVID to sarae aameen tha 11 months ka treatment kae baad ct sae confirmation ki kae ab tb treatment nahee hai...lekin mujhe abhi restrictive lung disease diagnose huwa hai spirometry sae lekin ct nahee Kiya hai abhi tak ...RT subscapular pain aur arm pain tha ... ortho mei tennis elbow diagnose huwa hai lekin ab merae lower limbs mei har din swelling tightness pitting aur numbness hoti hai ...mae bp med 4 months sae acanakh shuru karna pada ab 150/110 hai ECG echo angio normal hai chest x ray bhi normal hai ...pls suggest karein
