My father was a doc in the Army n trust me he never spoke about his nature of job....there was a different type of calmness on hisnface. He just once told me that he was posted in chamba sector in field ambulance.... I dont really talk to my dad much.. but when ex soldiers come in contact with me and praise my father... How he treated them.. it gave me goosebumps....

They have , but assault rifles with 400m range have not much use of suppressors . Suppressors are mainly used for CQB.
