The smell of black top reminds me of Paris Island,S.C. because they resurfaced when I was there in the summer of 1961.
The sheet-metal on the John Deere snowblower was in good shape. It looked vintage and probably could have been sold to a local collector.
The vintage door hardware can be very valuable. If the blow mold snowman was not broken, it would sell for a decent chunk of change.

😺 We changed the litter material to wooden pellets which have a lot if benefits: It's an amazing smell, which will be a bonus for everyone in the house ❤️. The shape and size will prevent to get stuck into your kitty 's paws. And you will need less material as well to replace at the litter box.
Probably she might not be happy with your actual used litter that she's leaving the litter box that fast that she's taking out the material? Keep in mind that humans have a variety of toilet paper to choose from 😁. There are a lot of different litters odours of cat litter 😉...Or she's probably that picky that she needs the litter box cleaned up more often? Even just scooping out the "used clumps"... Unfortunately this is a game of try and error as she can only tell you by her behavior what makes her happy but I'm sure you'll figure it out as you really care about her and for sure for Olivia as well.

Thanks Paul for what you do. See if you can find someone to trim the fur between the cats pads. That helps a great deal with the litter. God bless you. ❤❤❤
You can actually trim the fur on the cats pads yourself. All you need is a $10 Oster Cordless pet hair trimmer. You might need someone to hold the cat the first couple time so it knows you won’t hurt them. You can also put a rug at least twice as big as the litter box under the litter box because when the cat finishes using the box they walk on the rug leaving the majority of the litter on the rug. I was a cat mom for more than 20 years.

Hey Paul, those double sinks are great for planting Herbs.
Paul I see your passenger window is having a hard time opening, I recommend a silicone Spray that you can buy for cheap at any auto parts store. See the window rubber gets dirty and hard and needs come cleaning and lubricated. Just open the window down a little and then spray the rubber on the window letting it blead down on the sides. Then after a minutes close the window and run up and down till the window is completely down. Then you cab spray all the rubber tracks and on the side with the spray. I've done a 100 windows this way. Good luck

Haha, yuh know I was thinking the same thing about Olivia’s nails, just before you said it! Get a cordless Dremel and trim them with that. I used to use that on my Golden and he’d fall asleep while I trimmed his!!
I have that cordless rechargeable dremel as well. It actually gets closer whereas the clippers leave snagged edges.

Forks disappear at my house also. Found 17 of them in the backseat of our sons car on the floor. Never have I found the missing plates

My yard will take propane tanks if I drill hole in them. You have the correct tool (pipe wrench) to disassemble the copper off the top of the water heater. If you lay the WH down you won’t have an issue with the WH falling on you.
