I have loved avocado most of my life. I eat it morning ,noon , and night. I make it in guacamole, loks and bagels, salads, most sandwiches. If I was younger I would have an avocado tree but too late now since they take many years to grow and make the fruit. I like when you add avocado to your dishes. And if you don't then I do!
Great recipe, a real winner. I am a California native, Avocados are a staple. Plus, the Avocado is a super food. I have just discovered Duke's Mayonnaise , I will use that on my hot dog buns.I would also add fontina cheese to the mozzarella for a little more melting effect.

We love avocados 🥑 my wife always give me avocado slices with my breakfast 🍳 eggs…she even puts cubes of avocado in the caldo de Res or caldo de gallina 🐓 and my favorite avocado torta grab a bolillo slice right in the middle you know what I mean butter each side and grill it to toast the bolillo then get Mac cormick mayonnaise and a enough amount of avocado and few slices of ranchero mexican cheese, and finally some red salsa with boiled roma tomatoes and red piquin chiles with roasted garlic yummm 😋 love that green gold 🥑 👋😊👋😊👋

In addition, I only love one expensive name brand hot dog. Does this make me a snob? I’ve eaten hot dogs for almost 70 years! I’ve tried them lots of different ways. I’ve tried many different buns too. The most practical bun is the one with the cut/opening straight down the top center! I know what I like. I love your channel and I’ve tried many things that you’ve shown, but don’t touch my hot dog!
Oh by the way, why can’t the bun manufacturer’s cut the hot dog buns into the center? They mutilate the bun by cutting it so low from the side that there is almost nothing left below! I hope the bun bakers are listening, cut the hot dog bun in the center! And why are there 8 hot dog buns in a package but the hot dog buns come with 12 in a package? This has been going on for ever! I’m 70 years old and it’s been going on since I was a kid! It’s stupid! It’s a game of chicken between the hot dog producers and the hot dog bun bakers and the public suffers as always!!!! Producers and bakers need to agree, ‘‘tis is how many servings will be standard!!!! Can you just give us a break? Let’s compromise, 10 hot dogs in a package and 10 hot dog buns in a package too! It makes sense, doesn’t it?????? Please stop punishing the customers!!! Do I throw away the extra 4 hot dog buns? Or what do I do? If I buy another package of hot dogs, I’ll have left over hot dogs!!! This is not rocket science!!! Please, someone step up and admit that you need to work together! Could you imagine tire dealers that only sold 3 tires at a time???? It’s the same thing!!! Or what if you could only buy 1 shoe at a time? How about a new coat with only 1 sleeve!
