I want to summarize the three golden nuggets.
    1. Sayaka made an excellent point about how the thing you are most afraid of is actually the thing you want to do. I would add that the things you are most afraid of, is actually the thing you NEED to do.
    2. Miku then mentioned about living life to the fullest, and doing what you love as you only live once.
3 the last point that Miku made, which I dont think Sayaka really grasp based on her response, is this. Be pro-active and work after your goals, but when you are not getting the results you want, be PATIENT! There is a timing and season for everything. Dont try to control things that are beyond your control but instead focus on the things in front of you that are within your control. then let things happen and unfold to you, don't worry in the process.
    a. Dont be attached to the outcome, enjoy the process
    b. Stay present in the moment
    c. Focus on things within your control and let go of things without
    d. Let timing and the universe bring things to your life, at their own timing.

I LOVE your insight!! Thank you for taking your time to write all this!! I'm happy you got the last part! I've been learning about Zen and mindfulness and trying to apply it to my daily life:) I also learned to focus on what's within my control from stoicism and it really helps me to focus on doing what I can control. There are seasons for everything and if we can accept it and enjoy the process like you said, you can start to enjoy the moment and live in peace. Nature teaches me a lot too! We are all learning in this lifetime :)

@@mikurealjapanese thank you Miku-san! コメントは役に立て嬉しいです。really enjoy your deep philosphical sharings on your conversations and sanpo videos.
I also recommend you check out Viktor Frankl Man's search for meaning, as well as this concept called circle/locus of control. you can also check out Eckhart Tolle. his books are a little hard to understand, but it gives interesting insights on staying in the present moment instead of future or past.

Miku san, considering your interest in Zen and stoicism, would you consider watching and reviewing the film Perfect Days? I think the main character embodies these wisdom traditions in a wonderful way, and it also incorporates Japanese culture quite well. It also stars my favorite Japanese actor Yakusho Kouji.

Thank you for always uploading super informative videos, Miku-sensei! I am a struggling non-Japanese mum in Japan and watching these videos does help me improve, albeit slowly. 😅
If you ever consider making videos on that topic, I would be delighted!
I am struggling a lot with anything to do with 幼稚園 and 小学校. For example: 小学校面談, conversation with other mothers during 遠足・お迎え times...
Anything to do with child-rearing really!!
Anyway, thank you for all the wonderful content!
