The luck bonus from rods doesnt count for the relics. No matter how much luck bonus you have it will still be a 1/300 chance. You only need good resilience and speed so a rapid rod with the resilient enchantment is the best way to fish them up (you need to rely on ur own luck ;-;)

steady if you are skilled enough. Catch bigger fish will be harder but you generally fish faster cuz u fish normal fish faster
