Traditionally, most styles are unisex (except Yếm and Nhật Bình shirt)! The color choices and accessories might be different for men and women tho. However, I personally think anyone can wear any style and color they want nowadays. Clothing shouldn’t be gendered anymore. I will make a dedicated video on menswear topic soon!

I'm glad it helps. I think the shops can converse in English, just don't use too complex words/sentence you should be fine to navigate it.
