I can see how the “shorts” can influence an audience that normally only watches long format videos! I’m like that also because I see the shorts right away and because they are very short they don’t take a lot of my time to watch! I don’t understand how more and more creators just post “shorts” and no or very few normal size vlogs! I actually follow a few channels now that I only discovered because I saw and watched their “shorts”. But, those shorter versions have to be posted at least once or twice a day to catch a new audience! I think a lot of people are also watching politics right now since this is an election year! I wouldn’t worry about your audience! Sometimes you just need a break from social media and that’s ok 👌! You will be just fine! You are sweet and loving with adorable kids and a wonderful and supportive husband! Just roll with it until the end of the year when the election is over.
Love your videos! I grew up on the Plateau and love watching your content for the nostalgia and because I am a new mom too! I remember having a legit mud kitchen my parents built us when I was a kid and I would love to see a full video documenting that project!

I personally don’t like shorts. The long form content is where I get my break; my littles can play while I take 30 minutes to watch a vlog. Dishes and vacuuming can wait too. My husband however has been got by shorts and will scroll through them for hours and I hate it.

Hi love! So sorry to hear about your views. I always tune in and try to support in anyway possible because I genuinely love watching your life unfold. I never watch shorts on YT because that’s what TikTok is for in my eyes lol so I’m bummed that creators get ‘punished’ for posting extra content whether it’s long or short form.

I can see how the “shorts” can influence an audience that normally only watches long format videos! I’m like that also because I see the shorts right away and because they are very short they don’t take a lot of my time to watch! I don’t understand how more and more creators just post “shorts” and no or very few normal size vlogs! I actually follow a few channels now that I only discovered because I saw and watched their “shorts”. But, those shorter versions have to be posted at least once or twice a day to catch a new audience! I think a lot of people are also watching politics right now since this is an election year! I wouldn’t worry about your audience! Sometimes you just need a break from social media and that’s ok 👌! You will be just fine! You are sweet and loving with adorable kids and a wonderful and supportive husband! Just roll with it until the end of the year when the election is over.

I personally don’t like shorts. The long form content is where I get my break; my littles can play while I take 30 minutes to watch a vlog. Dishes and vacuuming can wait too. My husband however has been got by shorts and will scroll through them for hours and I hate it.
