Pole Tutorial: Thread Thru

In this video, I walk you through the movement for executing a pole thread through which is a great transitional move to have in your repertoire! Before attempting this, you should have a solid pole sit and wrist seat and a solid pole grip. As always, I recommend the use of a crash mat and having a seasoned instructor spot you on new moves.
