- Note: PC and Printer should be on the same network. If You still can't see your printer, try resetting the printer. Press & hold the reset button for about 30 sec (at the back of the printer next to the Ethernet port) while printer is turning on.

Thank you for this guide. I had a problem where I could not get the printer to appear on my network, although a communication was established. I had to reset the printer by holding the network button next to the ethernet port for 30 seconds when the printer was powering on. After this I was able to follow your video without a problem.

Thank you so much! I had an installer that worked fine for Win 10 but can't find the file anymore. Seems HP no longer offers it or I just can't find it on their web site. It was some sort of installer that allowed you to select the printer you wanted, then it installed the driver for it.
That is alright but links for drivers are in the description though...

yes dear, download Advanced IP Scanner from here

just run it (no need to install) & scan your network, you should find your printer's ip. BTW have you followed the important step in the video...?
ITCPK I’ve already solved it the problem was that my computer was receiving signal through repeater therefore it didn´t see my printer so i connected my pc directly to the main router :) thx for help

@@ITCPK I tried all this. The problem is the printer's buttons, one in green and the other in red.
@@mohamedel-ayadi7761 Try to reset the printer by holding the network button next to the ethernet port for 30 seconds while the printer is powering on. After that follow the video, your problem should be solved...let me know how it goes....;)
HP has removed everything from that page. There's no USB drivers, posts anything. Fuck HP.
