  • Snake method pulled pork in a Weber kettle.
    I cannot make this pulled pork recipe and method much easier than this. Using your favourite pork rub, some juice and a Weber kettle and you will have everyone licking their lips.
    The most common question asked is just how, how do I make pulled pork on a Weber kettle. Hence why I like to run you through every step in quick and informative videos. This in turn will give you the knowledge to recreate this very recipe yourself.
    The best cuts I find a pork collar, they have a great long stringy texture once finished. They are part of the boston butt and by cooking just the pork collar, you can be eating pulled pork quicker.
    As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
    As always, cheers for watching

    I just did my first pulled pork/pork butt on my Weber kettle this past Sunday. Came out great. I wrapped mine at 172 degrees but I almost didn't wrap at all. I do the snake method also on my ribs and brisket.

    Tried this video and it’s the best pork I’ve eaten. Thank you! Quick question, can i use butcher paper instead of foil and will it dry out the pork if I rest it in the paper?

    I enjoy your show. Great great tips on how you cook. But pool pork segment you use the snake method to cook the pork, but at towards the end, you said you use the indirect cooking.

    • @SchueysBBQ
      @SchueysBBQ  9 месяцев назад

      Thanks @michaelhrycko9761 yeah because the sane method is indirect, you are not placing the pork directly over the heat source,

    Hi Schuey,
    I was interested to know if you have had any experience with the Weber low and slow kit? Would you recommend the snake method as opposed to the ring kit? I got one with my latest bbq.
    Thanks in advance.
