Mage doesn't need a buff. More weapons would be cool though. Your damage is just low. Get the ranged 100% crit talent, tons of crit hit damage on the bird, and make sure to get the %barrier added to damage and stack barrier on rings. I do the most DPS of my group with the arcane staff.

Ya my crit chance in this video was really low so I wasn't gaining mana back. I switched the build up and now dealing more damage. Thx for the tips.
