I don't think the hair dryer will work. I tried that first. There is a video on RUclips where a guy used dried beans in a sock placed in a microwave. I don't have a microwave, lol. Anyway, the trick is getting sustained even heat and pressure. Good luck, and thanks for watching!

I have a neck that bends sideways. I wonder if this could work for it.

I suspect it will bend whatever way you apply the pressure.
