I won't argue that. An important historical event that has become topical and relevant as described by Christopher Nolan and an impressive cast, it will probably be the coolest.
I have a feeling we won't see a single German or any enemy soldier here. Nolan said it's not about war. If so this might be a great psychological thriller.
This is the last memory I have of my grandfather before he died. I said, "Hey Grandpa, wanna go see Dunkirk?" We were both covering our ears the whole time because it was so loud! He absolutely loved it. We went out for burgers afterwards. He said he remembered watching the evacuation in the newsreels when he was a little kid. Aside from the fact that this movie is a work of genius, it will always be special to me because of my grandfather.
I was crying the whole way through, it was so emotional and fantastically filmed. The fact that there weren't many lines but yet the film is so emotional, that takes some talent.
The majority saved were British but 140,000 Belgian, Polish and French were also lifted off the beaches. Many French and British soldiers gave their lives fighting a desperate rearguard action to give them a chance to escape.
Yeah, but it does change nothing to the fact that this film, atm, doesn't pictures how british high-command intended to save only 55K british soldiers, letting their "allies" die for them. And here, we see the royal navy, the royal air force, the british soldiers and nothing else. I doubt Nolan didn't know that.
+Sandra Back French and Belgian troops were evacuated off the line as well, but what they don't tell you is that at night Churchill pulled the British troops off the defensive line around Dunkirk without telling the French or the Belgians. De Gaulle never forgave Churchill
Churchill had to make difficult decisions. I am sure he had his reason. He was the British Prime Minister and his main responsibility was to protect the Brits and his men at all costs.
N Gra Yeah, I know. Just as Churchill tried to save his men, Both France and England let polishmen to the nazis and commies. I'm not really mad at Churhill: war is hard, and never fair. But nevertheless, I really think it should be depicted.
i hate how so many people think harry fans don't even know what this movie is about. only because we're his fans doesn't mean we're living under a rock. i sure am a big fan of his, but what about? there's nothing wrong with that. and i am very interested in what this movie is about since i studied ecaxtly this topic this year in history class. plus: there are so many people watching a movie for a certain actor/actress because they are fans of them, so why shouldn't this apply to harrys fans? harry styles casts in a christopher nolan movie, get over it. i'm so much looking forward to watching this movie, and not only because of harry, but also because it covers such a horrible event in our past and because the trailer is absolutely thrilling. i can be both, a fan of harrys' and interested in history :)
"There's no hiding from this son" I wonder if this character is Charles Lightoller, highest ranking surviving officer of the Titanic, who in real life was one of those who took his yacht to Dunkirk to save the soldiers. Great story of a time Britain should be proud of.
Nolan recently said his Dunkirk characters are fictional but many are inspired by real people who were at Dunkirk. I also believe Rylance's character is at least partially inspired by Charles Lightoller, but Rylance's name in the film is Dawson or Dawcett and he brings two young sons with him rather than a sea scout and a 36 yr old son. Interestingly, his older son played by Tom Glynn-Carney is dressed very similarly to the sea scout Frankie in the 1958 film. I think that may be a nod to the 1958 film. Also, the grandson of Richard Attenborough is in this film (Richard was in the 1958 film). Nolan's film is not a remake at all but the setting is the same event.
People criticising and asking questions about Harry Styles's involvement in the movie. Come on people it's a Christopher Nolan movie, do you expect him to open a full movie plot in 3 minutes trailer ? If there's Nolan then there's mystery. Don't get judgemental and let the time take it course, I am pretty sure Nolan have brought best out of Harry in the movie. WAIT FOR IT.
Just saw the film tonight. It was really amazing. Incredibly tense and intense with no real gore or much CGI. Nolan is a transcendant talent. Highly recommended film!
"We shall never surrender" has been replaced by "run, hide, tell". Shameful. Rotherham sex scandal. Shameful. Are there no brave Tommies left to defend English womanhood?
Saw the movie yesterday and Harry Styles was great along with Fionn Whitehead and of course Tom Hardy. The music, the tense and the effects are simply amazing and makes is very realistic and innovative. Christopher Nolan has without doubt made another masterpiece!
This looks good. My grandfather was evacuated from Dunkirk, so I have somewhat of a personal interest in the film. Always enjoyed the old '50's Classic with John Mills, not bad for its time. I've noticed there's a few people in the comments asking where the French are. Someone has already pointed out that they can be seen briefly at 1:11 in this trailer, but I'm sure they'll get some screen time in the film, as they played an important role in covering the retreat of the BEF. If they don't, then I guess it won't be any worse than all those Hollywood movies about WW2 that view things entirely from an American perspective! There should be way more British WW2 films. Especially considering between June 1940 and June 1944 The British Empire had more divisions engaged against the Axis powers than either the United States or the USSR. Would be nice to see films on the St Nazaire Raid, the Battle of El Alamein, the Battle for Kohima, or even the defeat of pro-nazi Iraqi forces in Iraq in 1941. All could do with the big screen treatment!
Would that I were back in England. I lived there for a few years and got to see the Tube stations used as shelters during the Blitz. I met WW2 vets and talked with many who'd 'kept calm' when the Stukas and Heinkels rained death on them, and, in uniform or not, they just wouldn't give up. The Hurricanes thundered up to meet the enemy again and again, and strove for just one more against the 109s swarming them. And the flotilla of ordinary (was there such a person then?) Brits sailed to their boys, under fire themselves, to save their troops. They were not ready for the war that Hitler unleashed on them, and they could not stand, but they did not run. Then, and during 1940, they fought back against the war that came to them again and again, and each time they forced the invader back. For the second time in a century they stood alone against tyranny, a single lighthouse in the dark. Here at Dunkirk they retreated, but only for a time. They came back, and when they did, it was the enemy who retreated from before their terrible face. Heroes all. I am proud that America stood and fought with them. God save the British, now and always.
Right on Aristo Telian...very well said. I cannot understand how so many still think less of the British. I will always be proud of the British, USA and all the countries that stood up to Hitler and what he stood for. Great Britain has always been attack going back to the Spanish, Romans, Vikings, and we could go on. It is an island who took in so many people from other countries. So, thank you Aristo for putting into words that I couldn't have express better. War is a terrible things, and even now people haven't learned anything, God bless the British, too. My roots is British but born in Canada 76 yrs. ago. So many relatives fought in the Great World Wars, and did so many brave men and women.
This was the most amazing war movie I've ever seen, it puts you on the beaches, like Nolan said he wanted. I was on the edge of my seat the entire movie. 10/10
i saw this movie today and loved it. one of the most memorable parts for me was when george tells his best friends father "I'll be useful sir" and i cant put my finger on why but it sends chills down my spine
Holy shit. If I were a French soldier in this situation and I suddenly saw papers falling from the sky that said. "We surround you" while that picture was used, I would immediately shit my pants.
Coming back to this trailer. Best movie I have seen all year hands down (might even be the best I have seen for a few years; I don't go to the cinemas often anymore). Will buy on DVD (another unusual thing for me, the last DVD I bought was years ago also).
I want to see this but after hacksaw ridge i don't think i could ever watch a war movie again. Just so horrific and i honestly get so petrified... however i see Cillian Murphy and i cant resist
For me, there was not a split second that was not filled with the dread & suspense & hope of what was to come, even though I had read my history. It relived this troubled time for us, with what seemed to be an uncanny degree of what I can only imagine to be respectful accuracy, but made human & very, very real. It was a tremendous film.
I don't care I REAPEAT i don't care if harry styles is in it... i mean I'M COMPLETELY FREAKING OUT NOLAN, HANS ZIMMER, TOM HARDY AND CILLIAN MURPHY TOGETHER AGAIN I'M DYING *THIS WILL BE ABSOLUTELLY AMAZING*
I'm hoping next season Tom is in it more, since shit really went down in the finale. But yeah their scenes in Peaky, and inception really leave me longing for some sort of non generic action film starring those two,
I'm 82, and even though I was very young, I was very smart, as were most English kids in those days, and vividly remember this happening. (Why would I remember? I came to States as a single mother when I was very young. Now live in beautiful Tennessee.) I well remember them telling us about it on the BBC, or actually when it was over, I think, but it was a very heroic act on the part of the French, who stayed until all British troops were off the shores or had gone on into the French countryside, or who had died on the sands; and of course, those brave British troops, who had no place to go except maybe into those boats, many of which were little fishing vessels, and face the perils of that ice cold water in order to reach the shores of home. I had an uncle who survived Dunkirk and he would tell us all about it. My grand-daughter, a devout lover of English history, war movies are no exception (why, I wonder!) is dying to take me to see it in a real live movie house! I told her about Dunkirk about six months ago and she had made a note for me to tell her more about it because it sounded really interesting. Yes, there it was in bold letters in her Smart phone, DUNKIRK! So when I saw the trailer on TV for it, I couldn't wait to tell her. She was as excited as I was (amazingly, since she's 23 and extremely beautiful, just !Ike a model, who would think she'd love war movies, but she does!) And so now we're gonna go watch it on the BIG screen (my first time in a movie theatre in 15 years!) and I know I will thoroughly enjoy it!
The best action film seen in years came out so emotional the whole cinema was quite and no chatter from folk watching they were glued to it throughout the best film of the decade outstanding film. thanks for making and showing the story of our young men story
Watched this today , speechless , I cried , i smiled . Couldn't take my eyes of the screen , coming from a 15 year old that says a lot , definitely up on my top 5 , didn't think Harry styles would be any good but he was amazing , but the story line and how it was put together and the German planes dropping bombs and shooting people down did it for me , gave me goose bumps , puts you into realisation of all them teenage boys wishing to be at home with there family . I also went to Omaha and Dunkirk beach this year and you can't really realise what it'd be like for these men but after this film and of course saving private Ryan , it's shown me how it would of been for them men and kind of put it into aspect for me , overall I think it was absolutely amazing and if you haven't already you need to watch it .
Nolan where are the French ? Please do a factual movie and not some incomplete story that will stick into kids/young adults memories, remember Inglorious Bastard ? The French held a defence to help the Brits escape. For 9 days, from may 25th to June the 3th, fighting 20 times as many Germans without supply lines, 11,000 died and the lucky one who escaped to England were sent back the same day on French ground. "These Frenchmen, under the gallant leadership of general Molinié, had for four critical days contained no less than seven German divisions which otherwise could have joined in the assaults on the Dunkirk perimeter. This was a splendid contribution to the escape of their more fortunate comrades of the BEF" - Winston Churchill
I like how people go on a rage fest without any arguments whatsover. I watched the movie in cinema today and I was amazed at it's historical accuracy. Not only does it show the french holding the line but it also shows how the Brittish refused to let them aboard the ships and how Churchill publicly called the french to retreat with the Brittish yet ordered his officers just to evacuate only the Brittish soldiers.
Does anyone else agree that the Stuka-87's "Jericho" trumpet is easily one of the most terrifying sounds ever heard? I've read that even the most seasoned veterans on both fronts would tremble in fear at the sound.
Of the 400,000 men, well-mentioned in the film, nearly 340,000 will be evacuated in 9 days by the so-called Operation Dynamo (June 26-3). This unexpected success (the British General Staff only expected to save 45,000 men at the base) is the major consequence of the sacrifice of the French soldiers who fought to the end heroically while the British had deserted Edge at the beginning of the Dynamo operation. 35,000 French soldiers will be taken prisoner, I let you count the dead .. The bulk of the losses of the battle of Dunkerque did not occur in the areas and on the beaches which were harassed by the German planes "only" 3 days On the 9th (because of the intense smoke and low clouds) but in the suburbs of the city by the soldiers of General Fagalde who struggled heroically at 1 against 10 or even more!and the lucky one who escaped to England were sent back the same day on French ground ! "These Frenchmen, under the gallant leadership of general Molinié, had for four critical days contained no less than seven German divisions which otherwise could have joined in the assaults on the Dunkirk perimeter. This was a splendid contribution to the escape of their more fortunate comrades of the BEF" - Winston Churchill This is only a trailer but it does not bode well. I will wait for the first critics to go see him in the cinema but if the Anglo-Saxons still shit on the French army I will boycott the film.
I could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure Nolan only uses scores made just for the movie, usually made by Hanz Zimmer. If im right, it comes out with the movie. Again, i could be wrong
There's a lot of bullshit being trolled on here! Firstly we haven't seen the film yet so nobody knows how the french or civilians are being depicted. Secondly, they were over 50,000 British troops that were fighting off the advancement to allow the evacuation, and thirdly over 100,000 french soldiers were evacuated by the British, who lived to fight again on D day. The battle of France was over, the french army had been routed half the french captains had been paid off and were collaborating under the Vichy regime....so what was Britain supposed to do? just leave a whole fucking army over there to defend a country who's own army had already given in, or bring them back to help defend an impending invasion of Britain!
Đức Thắng Nguyễn that's because it's not a war movie, it's a thriller set in a war, this movie pg 13 rated and is going to best movie of 2017 after which maybe star wars the last jedi
My grandad was there. He did make it home but had nightmares and bad nerves afterwards. I never got the chance to meet him. My mother has an old photo of him standing at the doorway of an old church in france/ wearing his tin hat and long coat. My mother said he never spoke much about the war but would stand on the doorstep with tearful eyes on remembrance day. He wouldn't allow any of his children my aunt - mother and uncles to join the army.
Nolan doesn't have to cast a name to get funding, if he cast the guy he sees something in him. Remember what everyone said about Heath Ledger before the film came out.
Not sure, let's ask a couple of the fangirls afraid of him dying and going to kill themselves if he does. I'm going to see it when its past their bedtime.
Excellent movie. Visually spectacular, great flying scenes, the desperate situation the characters were in came across very well and the soundtrack generated a growing sense of fear and almost hysteria at times. The sound was amazing too you felt the force of bombs when they hit. Loved the early scene on the beach when a Stukka dive bomber attacked with the bombs hitting and the explosions coming closer and closer to one of the main characters. Well worth seeing on a big screen for full effect.
I watched this movie the day it came out in my hometown; Perth, Western Australia and it were by far one of the best movie productions on war I have ever seen. For a fourteen-year-old, I am very interested in the wars and the events that had occurred during them like the Seige of Calais (which happens to be my middle name and the city near Dunkirk and is shown in this trailer at 2:30 to 2:32). I came back to this trailer today to see if I could use any scenes within my English Speech as we are doing oral presentations on happenings in World War II and may I just say that this is great material and I will definitely be using scenes (of course credited because I obviously do not own this movie or the actors/casts/crew within the movie itself). I can not begin to fathom how long this would have taken Christopher Nolan and the production team (editors, makeup artist, costume people so on so forth) along with the crew/cast/actors you get the idea. I absolutely adore this movie and have recommended this to many of my friends, family, teachers, peers and other people within my social life. I hope that whoever reads my comment agrees with me that this is a great film, hands down. Thank you so much if you have read this comment all the way to the end. Kind regards ♥♥♥
Same problem as BF 1 ! Seems to be historically very inaccurate, maybe a good movie but very inaccurate. After being defeated, the remaining of the british, belgium, french army and some canadian troups withdraw to Dunkerque. While the french were holding around 800000 german troops that were surrounding them, the royal air force, the french air force, the royal navy, the french navy, the dutch navy and many courageous civilians organized the withdraw of british and canadian troops back to britain. After the departure of 198000 brithish an canadian troops, around 100000 french troops left ( at last), and 40 000 were captured or killed. Thank you hollywood for giving an inaccurate picture of history (as usual). Some people will enjoy it as entrertainement only, but many will think that it is accurate and will get this movie as an exact picture of what happened during the war.
Hopefully Christopher doesnt let me down and created a movie that isnt full of heroic bullshit. But im pretty sure since there are no american soldiers in it.
Here is the 2nd Trailer for Dunkirk
uuuuhh no way dude
FilmSelect Trailer love the trailer and how it's extended in a great way
Click bait piece of crap!
Not a new trailer, just two spliced together.
Craig Handley but it looks cool
I won't argue that.
An important historical event that has become topical and relevant as described by Christopher Nolan and an impressive cast, it will probably be the coolest.
I have a feeling we won't see a single German or any enemy soldier here. Nolan said it's not about war. If so this might be a great psychological thriller.
Oh I never thought of that. What a great idea.
Dariusz Biskupski The greatest weapon is the mind, for it could never run out of bullets(Knowledge)
Plus fear
Weird viewpoint about a subject that is total war.
I'm intrigued.
He said it's a survival film first and foremost, with aspects of a suspense film.
isn't Tom Hardy playing German soldier?
This is the last memory I have of my grandfather before he died. I said, "Hey Grandpa, wanna go see Dunkirk?" We were both covering our ears the whole time because it was so loud! Hug for you 🤗!
i will lose my shit when i see Harry on the screen
"No one cared who I was till I put on the mask"
Don't forget Cillian Murphy.
Ahhhhhh!!!! 😂
When his wingman ask who he is. callsign: Bane
"You just saved my ass, who are you?"
"It doesn't matter who we are, what matters is our plan..."
"What?"
You're a big guy
I was crying the whole way through, it was so emotional and fantastically filmed. The fact that there weren't many lines but yet the film is so emotional, that takes some talent.
When I saw Harry in between the boats trying to get away. I lost it
Same
For realzzz
He could've just went underwater and swam forward
Bane in a plane? Of course I'd wanna see more of that, lol
LMAO that should've been the title of the movie or at least its tagline, "Bane in a Plane".
Emmanuel Mthethwa "Crashing this plane."
thats more than just a plane, thats a Spitfire
It's a spitfire, appreciating the plane
Emmanuel Mthethwa For You
Glad to see the Brits finally get a proper, first class WWII production in dedication to their efforts

Haaaaarryyyyyyy
im the Harry
When you wish Harry still had his long hair so you could tell him apart from everyone else😂😩🤷🏻♀️
Ikrr like he looks just like the main character from a distance
Stitching two trailers together doesn't count as "extended" lol
Simon Clifford that's literally exactly what extended means. Longer.
Good
I was thinking exactly the same. So 'missnataliepage' can take her 'longer' to ...oh well!!
THAT is what real cinema looks like. That's not the pointless CGI bullshit the studios are alway pumping out. Nolan's back! Take notes rookies.
Chris Hansen what is real cinema if I may ask. Because as far as I know, every movie in history is real. I don't know one single fake movie
I can guarantee you sir that a lot of the effects you just saw were CGI
I guarantee you sir not a single one of those shots was CGI
Chris Hansen Bud especially with war movies CGI is trash, look at red tails ffs. This is a real war movie
Noctural Animals, more good movies out there, just gotta know where to look ;)
You know what would be awesome? A modern Battle of Britain movie! Now, that's something I'd like to see after this.
I want to see a modern German movie about the sinking of the Bismarck, one as good as Downfall or Das Boot, can't believe it hasn't been done...
I think ridley scott is making one about the battle of Britain
YES! We need more movies from the German perspective!
No they lost
They are making a new Battle of Britain movie?! And Ridley Scott is directing it?! THE HYPE IS REAL!
Saw it yesterday. An absolute masterpiece. So glad I contributed to this film's income, craftsmanship like this deserves to be rewarded.

hazismycupcake I'm a Directioner who finds WW2 (esp in Western Europe) interesting.
I watched the movie and Harry did an amazing act. I want to see more movies from him. His acting was so nice. Loved it.
Fangirl
I love WW2 films
Because you can't screw them up and they are reliable........
Cb4S 619 I love them too..We need more Tank films, Fury was damn awesome
Damn right Fury was awesome. It inspired me to become an Armoured soldier in Canadian Armed Forces.
Fury was great but a tad unrealistic
fury was bad, watch "The Beast" or the " White Tiger" instead
Saw this movie yesterday. best 2 hours of my life.

I would watch it to see what these poor men went through not just because a certain actor is in it,each to their own though.
u missed stuff
Did you watch Taboo? If not, get on that shit stat!
HousSam LaBiod watch hacksaw ridge
Hacksaw Ridge will change everything. One of the best war movies ever made of any war of any genre. Watch it
I just saw this yesterday. It was absolutely incredible.
are the french in the dlc too ? xp
No this only involves the British making the greatest Retreat in the History of mankind unfortunatly
Maybe they will in the Limited edition pack.
They were either on the outskirts fighting on the perimeter or further south and west.
They shall not pass the beaches of Dunkirk!
Well, in real life most of the french army was also surrounded and retreated from Dunkirk.
Okay but like...why is there so little Cillian Murphy in this!? I need MOAR! X-O
Saving the best for the movie ;)
Saving the star for the screen. He's going to kill this role as usual. Better win an Oscar!
gill426 .
Did anyone else get goosebumps when the heard the stuka siren
Saihthegamer 1 I totally did
This was the most amazing war movie I've ever seen, it puts you on the beaches, like Nolan said he wanted.
When it comes to WW2 movies..........I am a total aficionado to all of them!!! And this one is destined to be remembered!!!
That shot with the sea foam. Brilliant.
You underestimate the power of this movie. This will be the best one in 2017.
Does Harry even TALK in this movie or did they just stick him in there to make the fangirls lose their shit?
probably the latter
and its probably for the better, so I'm not too sad :3
Wonder if they'll react the same way when he drowns
Emily Smith According to Nolan himself, there's going to be little dialogue.
Nolan casted him for a reason
Wow just saw it. Never heard more realistic gunfire ever. This NEEDS to be watched on the big screen
There were 400,000 men and then there were three handsome men, Harry, Fionn and Cillian.....🦋
Coming from an American......i haven't been this excited for a movie before!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't care I REAPEAT i don't care if harry styles is in it... i mean
I'M COMPLETELY FREAKING OUT NOLAN, HANS ZIMMER, TOM HARDY AND CILLIAN MURPHY TOGETHER AGAIN I'M DYING
*THIS WILL BE ABSOLUTELLY AMAZING*
I need a movie where it solely focuses on both Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy!
imgonnakillyoo peaky blinders
That's not a movie, nor does it focus only on those two.
I realize its not a move and cillian is the main character. Hardy doesn't get as much appearances but all their scenes together are gold..
I am absolutely stoked to go see this movie. Looks brilliant.
I also went to Omaha and Dunkirk beach this year and you can't really realise what it'd be like for these men but after this film and of course saving private Ryan , it's shown me how it would of been for them men and kind of put it into aspect for me , overall I think it was absolutely amazing and if you haven't already you need to watch it .
ultimate gay .go see shrink
When you see Christopher Nolan, you know it's best movie of the year.
The winston churchill quotes made me shiver haha. Definitely gonna watch this.
I love the overlay of Churchill's speech.
spectacular teaser
spectacular teaser
Wow
woah!
This trailer is blooming brilliant
this is just the trailer and i am alredy blown away !
This was a splendid contribution to the escape of
their more fortunate comrades of the BEF"
- Winston Churchill
benjamin matho
Nigga this is the trailer
alicia hayward p
I like how people go on a rage fest without any arguments whatsover. I watched the movie in cinema today and I was amazed at it's historical accuracy. Not only does it show the french holding the line but it also shows how the Brittish refused to let them aboard the ships and how Churchill publicly called the french to retreat with the Brittish yet ordered his officers just to evacuate only the Brittish soldiers.
I have eyes and I saw the French defending the beach
French 12e DIM, 68e DI, 21e DI, 32e DI, 60e DI et du 8e régiment de zouaves
Have protected the departure of the English until June 4
The French were in it
That was stunning Dunkirk Film..fantastic
I have so much respect for all those who we’re fighting ww2! My great uncle survived dunkirk! Amazing people, every single one of them X
Nolan should also make a pearl harbour movie. No love triangle bull shit.
the stupid love triangle is the only reason why I didn't watch pearl harbour
Harry Styles is cool and all, but I didn't realize Jarvis was in this!
Does anyone else agree that the Stuka-87's "Jericho" trumpet is easily one of the most terrifying sounds ever heard? I've read that even the most seasoned veterans on both fronts would tremble in fear at the sound.
"He's on me!"
"I'm on him"
As reassuring and cool as you can get from Hardy :)
in the time of Hollywood ignorance. British ascent is victory.
Can't wait to watch the movie! Trailer seems amazing & Nolan nailed it! Counting the days...
Seeing it tonight... CANNOT WAIT!!!
This was a splendid contribution to the escape of
their more fortunate comrades of the BEF"
- Winston Churchill
This is only a trailer but it does not bode well. I will wait for the first critics to go see him in the cinema but if the Anglo-Saxons still shit on the French army I will boycott the film.
If you boycott the film, no one will give a shit
juste kevin nobody will care, they will just criticize you
Unfortunately l was right and the film is Anglo-Saxon oriented
Who gives a fuck you melt
3:50, the music...anybody?
I could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure Nolan only uses scores made just for the movie, usually made by Hanz Zimmer. If im right, it comes out with the movie. Again, i could be wrong
Hans Zimmer is a god at making amazing music.
Ikem really good music
Ikem is k
Ikem uh
One of the best movies I've seen in a long time loved it!!!
My great grandad was there part of the Coldstream guards, I have all the respect for him to serve great Britain
Needs way more Tom Hardy...
AGREE
Where are the french ???
the Civilians are defending the British troops allowing them to escape.
Hugo Gilet Lol
why lol?
That's the truth ,but you have to open a fair history book to know that , you know the things with sheet inside?Boring , but useful.
In a DLC
Scott Carr Shut up
At 5:00 Gives me goosebumps, this was how effective the Stuka was at causing terror. Wish we could use some of those kinds of weapons today.
That was a great video I have liked it well done
The lack of blood really disturbs me. How can a war movie look realistic without blood?
Maybe because it's just a fucking trailer and not the whole movie yet
Dude, look at the beach and where the bodies lie, not even a single drop of blood spilled. How do you explain that?
They may have gotten rid of the blood just for the trailer. I don't think Nolan would forget little details like that.
Dude, the trailer isn't a spoilerfest.
Sound effects of the movie are great !!
Is harry styles in this movie?!
Lethal RBLX yesss
lol
unfortunately, yeah :P
Nolan doesn't have to cast a name to get funding, if he cast the guy he sees something in him. Remember what everyone said about Heath Ledger before the film came out.
Not sure, let's ask a couple of the fangirls afraid of him dying and going to kill themselves if he does. I'm going to see it when its past their bedtime.
5:36 of trailer and not one French soldier lol
1:10 On the right of the screen while the medics are carrying the injured over the mole you can see 2 French Soliders
Well, then you should watch the movie, because the French are there.
crazy crazy, nolan did it again. what a jenius. i can't wait to see
Excellent movie.
James McAvoy died in this scene.
da96103 the faun from narnia
So sad!! I cry every time I watch Atonement
You lied Briony Tallis. And you made everyone around you destroyed. You nasty girl!
Well I don't care about Harry Styles I want to see Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy. And I love realistic war movies.
So many times I felt myself gripping my chair when watching this brilliant movie, very intense
MY HUSBAND HARRY LOOKS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FANCY IN HIS UNIFORM I CANT WAIT FOR THIS MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you seen the film? .
Did you know in ww1 it was mostly made up of trench warfare. Now image making something like that into a fps shooter. Does that sound fun too you?
SavTheHorseInASuit j
Augustin Lafay your spelling is inacurate
Still good point though
We shall never surrender. This was a great movie
I'm seeing this in two days and I honestly can not wait, it looks so good and I love war movies
Hopefully Christopher doesnt let me down and created a movie that isnt full of heroic bullshit. But im pretty sure since there are no american soldiers in it.
All those men were heroic, for even joining the fight. But I get your point, no action movie extravaganza
