    Man that area is producing the best. The material just can't be any better. Recall a few years ago you showed a spall and the point that was made from the same spall, no doubt. I'd like to see that again and maybe some new subs would like to see it too

      Yea, this happens all the time on places like this. I may find a dozen amos points all made from 1 core.

      LOL
      And trigger so many people....Get so many negative comments. And make an extra $250.00 that month.

      @@rockscousteau well, it’s your cat. You’ve been on the Amos site ever since he came around. But I’m all about you making more money but would rather leave all that political bs out of your vid’s. But I’ll support whatever you decide.

      I dug another celt in there at 7 am today made of the same stone. More endscrapers out of insane material....and a black Amos...and another big black knife right by that big black knife I just found...out of the same material. Probably the same core.
      It is insane man .... a site like this with fluted Big Sandy's........Fine Amos Points and the associated material would make an Archaeologists "Career"

      And straight up Scott. Where I found that Last clovis laying out. I sifted it. And it was almost like this with clovis material.

    I ran up the white flag this a.m. My health ain't worth a dollar bill. This stretch of river just keeps producing !!!!! I love hearing about Amos points. That's my middle name. LOL. Last of the minor Hebrew prophets. Hope this roll you're on lasts all summer. I love the marbles, but point hunting is the best and you're the best at it. Thanks.

      @@rockscousteauI drank alcoholically for almost 30 years. When I quit( I'm cheating now, I like Irish cream in my coffee sometimes, and I will pull on the quart jar when I'm playing bluegrass music with my buddies) I started drinking coffee like a fiend. But it dehydrates you and I only have one cup when it's hot. Sucks. Blunts? Isn't that stuff illegal? Just kidding. I'm in MD with chronic arthirits. I've had my Med card for 5 years. LMAO

      @@rockscousteau Doh !!!! Meant to say, seldom on the roof. Never if I'm working for someone else. But I'm home today. When I get long winded, you know what I've been doing. Picked a gallon of blackberries for momma and came in and fired it up.

    Do you think that big Adena you found yesterday is chalcedony or agate material? Resembles Montana agate with the dendrite spots.Nice beautiful Amos knife also.

    • @rockscousteau
      @rockscousteau  3 месяца назад +2

      What it is made out of for sure...Id have to have someone in Rocks And Minerals looks at it. Id say it is made from a big cobble off the river bottom or a gravel bar. There is stuff that looks exactly like Upper Mercer in cobbles...even has the lightning lines. I found a green and red jasper endscraper earlier today...so there i s just so much different material. More of a viriety than about anywhere..because of the cobbles of chert in the gravel

    • @rockscousteau
      @rockscousteau  3 месяца назад +2

      There are outcroppings of Brush Creek Chert on Gravel Bars in the Ohio river that is NATURAL. Raw material. So Crooksville is not the only place this outcrops. It is in gravel and large gravel form in multiple places.

      @@rockscousteau Thanks I'm not experienced enough on material in your area ..Brush Creek Chert is a really interesting material. I can only learn by live being there and learning by experience but you make it easier on video verify ..
