Inspired by the parable of the Prodigal Son, it captures the pivotal moment when the son realises he has had enough of the world and decides to return to his father, where true love and forgiveness await. As the Bible says, "But when he came to himself, he said, 'How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough to spare, and I perish with hunger!'” (Luke 15:17). It is our prayer that this song will touch the hearts of those in the valley of decision, leading them to choose the path that returns them to the loving embrace of their Heavenly Father.
