The reality of the hunt, if you shoot and don't find it you're done. You just can't keep shooting. I have hunted with Wesley twice, my first hunt, first animal was a Buffalo. He came from behind us and first shot was 15 yards. What a hunt and what a guide. Won't do Africa without Wesley.
Yes, I do hunt, I have been doing so for 50 years!
Not true. You wound an animal, you pay for it. Want to keep hunting?? You whip out the ole visa card.
Damm to high First shot oh boy now the fun starts
The first shot on the first buffalo looked way too high. The dust showed it. Usually thats it, then theres no more buffalo to hunt on that trip.
What happened to the first wounded buffalo ?
Wounded not found. Client paid for it and hunted another one
@@AfricanSafariFilms Wow, expensive shot!
That first Buff gave him the ole buck fever , LOL
Shakes McGinuess strikes again, LOL
I am jealous of him , Hunting Africa is a bucket list item to be sure . Great video ...............
Hunting -The sport of Kings! The most fun u can have without taking ur clothes off
What a fantastic Buff
Job of my dream
GOOD SHOT PLACEMENT SIR
👌👍
Love it So if you wound a animal and can't find it do you still pay for it
Yes sir, it comes off the set quota of animals given per season. So if there is blood you oay
Excellent footage as usual!
Surprised to see alcohol being consumed during a hunt!
Guns and alcohol should not be mixed together.
Celebrating is a part of many hunters tradition. But no hunting for a few hours at least after consumed
Yes, I agree, but back at camp and the guns are put away!
Not on a truck when unexpected things can still happen.
When the guys drink in the field after shooting an animal we go back to camp for lunch and head out the afternoon again. It’s not always portrayed that way on the videos as we try cut to the action as much as possible. But I agree with you, if someone drinks even 2 beers and continues to hunt right away I would also feel uncomfortable
He almost shot over the impala, looks like.
So do you eat them?
Yes
Awesome that is good so are they just like beef?
@user-vg2ek3wo8z not really but buff is good tasting
Awesome well im not sure what they are but good that you have agood feed
Try to explain what you are doing so that your viewers are educated regarding your work, that would be greatly appreciated!
What is there to explain
love the rich dorks who can’t shoot
Says the poor dork who can shoot?
@@AfricanSafariFilms I’ve got that, at least. Watch out, rich dorks.
If you say so
rather be a poor dork putting food on my table for cents on the dollar than a rich dork spending $100k+ to go to Africa and shit the bed for nothing

Ahhhhh the luxury of eating good food and hunting animals trapped behind a high fence over well traveled roads. Note: All hunting in South Africa is done behind tall fences.
Ok sir, seems you know everything about SA hunting. Thanks for the comment
Bad first shot. Very bad. ?? 😢buck fever or what?
It’s hunting, not every shot is perfect and every true hunter can say that they have messed up at some point.
Shooting sticks at under 100 yards … really? Hunting is denigrating more and more, no skills required.😢. Just pay your money. Only thing left is to have the guide shoot it for you.
White collar desk jockeys with more money than skill, what did you expect. LOL
I bet you're wishing all clients lost their animals leaving only a blood trail. No extra work just money, money, money. It seems really greedy to me. Not only does the client suffer the heartbreak of losing their trophy, they still have to pay for it.
Never understood how anyone can gain pleasure out of killing a defenseless animal. Must be an ego thing.
It is far from defenseless
Then don´t watch it... I guess you have pleasure of eating meat and wearing leather, which come from killed animals that are REALLY defenseless.
I agree ☝️
They do it for your children's children to see wild animals still roaming in their environment, while you sit and comment before asking google WHY?
The beauty of it is that nobody asked you
Please save animal 😢
That is the purpose of hunting. The money generated by hunting the animals too old to breed and are pushed out of the herd, goes toward conservation of the rest of the herd. Hunting is highly regulated.
Bad Guest Hunter😢
And why is that?
Stop watching if you don’t like hunting. Why you even click on the video?
@@AfricanSafariFilms continua sendo uma babaquice!
@@danieltostes7340 have you ever donated to conservation, or worked in conservation, to help conserve animals? If not, I don’t know why you’re complaining the only people that do contribute to conservation in any meaningful way are hunters and fisherman that is the truth. All these animals would be gone long gone. Without hunting, you were clearly misinformed. Don’t take my word for it. Look it up. The farmers of South Africa would wipe all these animals out as they are competition for beef and sheep and pigs. Zimbabwe stop hunting in the 70s almost all their animals are gone. Don’t take my word for it. Look it up.
If buffaloes could hunt and lived in houses,it could be the head of the hunter on the wall...
H U G E ego to have a head on the wall
Thanks for the comment
I love my huge ego. Thanks
These hunts are strictly regulated. The tags... the permit to hunt an animal... are very expensive. This money is used to pay the salaries of the rangers who protect the animals from poachers. It also pays for damages caused to local farmers and herders. Because of this, locals are less likely to kill marauding animals. The meat from game animals is delivered to the locals.
Without hunters there would be no animals.
Killing an innocent animal these preson are laughing!
How cruel they are!
You’re a city boy, what would you know about a man’s world?

I have to say, the whooping and laughing is definitely an Americanism and as a hunter myself, I also don't like it. it makes no sense. I have hunted with Germans, Spaniards and South Africans and there is none of that. Its a learned cultural norm. And its gross.
