Thanks Deepak! That was a very interesting, and flavourful, tour of a VERY busy Thamel! The bara was certainly tasty, but I've changed my mind now and think the seitan sadeko was the best. I had a peanut version in Bhaktapur and it was SO hot! Good luck with the tours and videos, you're a great guide.
