My main takeaway is that the best way to build a spirit of detachment is to be a Miami Dolphins fan because there is no other team that will destroy hope like them. Protip for the ladies: marry a lifelong Dolphins fan. They are so use to mistreatment and will forever hold onto that one perfect year!

If anything it’s nice to listen to people talk about something they’re so passionate about. I might not share the same interests but it gives me deeper insight to what the person loves and why it matters
