But do you how much efforts a good Zumba trainer is taking to make people fit and healthy. While driving, eating, working, sleeping, bathing or shopping they just listen to Zumba music and try to choreograph the best of fitness steps and channelize it in a way that their members can do and see the difference in their health and body. They do not play with our fitness. Adding to this they themselves do various workout and learn about good diet and give us advice on what to eat and what no to eat. With all this they also come up with different flavors of Zumba so that members enjoy all kind of music and moves to the beats with the best of fitness variations. And you comment here to a lady leading with 38146 subscribers that she is not in line with Beto's ideas and notions??? M surprised to see such a comment on this channel as I follow her day in and out and I have lost 8 kgs in 3 months with only and only her Zumba. Well the purpose of writing to you is that if you do not like the work you can click on next and watch another video rather than spreading the negativity here. We love the flavors Vijaya gets, be it Zumba songs, bollywood, tollywood or english tracks. It is a FITNESS workout and not a dance routine. There is one hour intense workout playlist created by Vijaya. I suggest you to do that for a month and then comment on the change you see in yourself. With due respect to your comment here..... I am just sharing my views.. No hard feelings !!! :)
+iying 4u Well for one thing I think you are contradicting yourself when you say Paresh is correct (His comments are also not correct anyways). For you guys, let me go back to the basics and inform you what Zumba is about. It is a dance fitness workout which majorly includes workout by incorporating proper routines on Latin and International Music. Lately there has been something that Zumba has come out with called as "World Rhythms" which includes Brazilian, Lavani, Bollywood and so many other flavors. Zumba has done this coz it is not about the language, it is about the music cause its the beats on which a zumba fitness routine is choreographed. Now if you want to understand the song then feel free to go ahead with only bollywood and tollywood songs but before pointing fingers on this routine, make sure you have done your homework on the instructor. No hard feelings buddy! Cheers :)

Shweta Singh as far as losing weight is concerned I have lost enough weight by just walking for an hour daily. dilip kumar no hard feelings and nothing offensive, but you yourself need to do at least a little homework on the basics of the subject in discussions.
