So if an employee is off site, there is absolutely nobody to take his/her place in order to conduct business? Why are taxpayers paying for people to NOT DO THEIR JOB? Anyplace else you go, if the person is not available (sick/off site) there is someone else who steps in to take care of business. Why is this place exempt? It’s ALL administrative, but nobody knows anything or they’re reluctant to comment? Holy crap, that’s not a job I want since it’s far from being an honourable position and lacks transparency to the public. That guy should be ashamed of himself for not assisting TTA by adequately addressing his concerns. He simply “skirted” around the issue of who (in reality) was terminated because there probably wasn’t any termination of those employees as relayed in the letter. It was likely just a way of trying to get TTA to back off and put this issue to rest. That’s how I see it. Did you notice the guy’s body language? He was getting more and more nervous and fidgety as the conversation progressed 😂 Anyone with even a smidgen of knowledge about body language would tell you the same thing. I’m surprised beads of sweat weren’t rolling down his forehead 😂 Too bad for him, because we’ve all seen his face in this video long enough to recognize him out on the street. He best hide away for awhile unless he doesn’t care being mocked or laughed at for being such a coward 😂

HIPPA violations can result in criminal or civil charges. A patient who was violated may be eligible to sue, based on the identity and reasons behind why the information being taken. Firing public employees is NOT a public record, thus there is no right to know that UNLESS you are the one violated. The patient has every right to file a criminal complaint with local law enforcement. health Agencies need to be more cognizant of what the patient's rights are, and how they must assist the patient, not just how much damage control they can do by putting the patient off. Great video!

I listened to the phone call with the lady you went to see. No wonder why Horner was so evasive. He knows what will happen. I suggest you should really follow up with a HIPA violation complaint against this department. FOIA all documentation involving the investigation of the violations of your medical records. Through the investigation records you'll be able to find out who accessed your records and what exactly they were looking at. If three individuals accessed your medical records then how many others do the same thing. These same three must have done it in the past. Hold the department accountable. Best of luck TTA!

That's exactly what I'm saying..its probably because I filed a complaint with the U.S department of health and human services, and they opened their own investigation..so they are probably trying to be careful at this point..

Horners certificates (three seen online are expired) as they are supposed to be renewed….

TTA...ask Sean of Long Island Audit and find out who his attorney was when he went up against the city of Berwyn, IL (you are in Illinois aren't you?) and beat them. And I don't know if he had the same attorney represent him in his civil lawsuit against Berwyn but you can ask him about that too...whoever his legal representation was in both court cases was really good, as Sean mentioned when he was talking about the cases. Having a good attorney who knows what he/she is doing, who cares about right and wrong and the law when it comes to citizens' rights and who will fight for you aggressively to pressure the crap out of the government goon lawyers IS KEY to you winning your cases!

@@TTA42800, yes. I have noticed that auditors have thought outside the box, thought about different angles and approaches they can use to find out information by being creative and those who EMPLOY that thinking and creativity usually DO GET the information they are seeking. The old saying, "Work smarter, not harder", backs up the old saying, "Think outside the box", for sure. ;)
