[SS14] Suspiciously Fast Salv

Not proud of myself for doing this but I'm surprised I don't see something like this tried more often. Multiple different perspectives to show how ridiculously powerful it is, captain and another sec were right there.
Speed boots + anything is a free kill in a public situation, let alone with dragged soap as well. Lexorin is also easy to make if you've played any bartender.
