그저께 영상을 열심히 촬영했으나..
모두 슬로우모션으로 촬영했더라구요.. 하하...
결국 어제 새로운 내용으로 새로운 하루를 찍어 보았습니다. 하하하...
정말... 힘든 하루였어요.. ㅠㅠ ㅎㅎ
저희가 드디어 케이크를 판매해요..
그동안 와플반죽이 일찍 매진되어 못드시는 손님들이 많았는데.. 작은 위로가 되지 않을까 해서 케이크를 가져왔어요 ㅎ
아무래도 직접 반죽을 치고 24시간 숙성후 판매를 하다보니.. 하루에 20개밖에 양이 안되더라구요.. 그 이상을 반죽치면 제 체력이... ㅠㅠ

We are finally selling cakes.
There have been many customers who can't eat waffle batter because it sold out early. I thought it might be a little comfort, so I brought you a cake. Hah!
Since I knead the dough myself and sell it after ripening for 24 hours.. There are only 20 in a day. If I knead more than that, my stamina... 😭😭

5:38 lattes and flat whites are different wherever you go, however in that size of a cup and that much espresso I think that’s a cortado. A latte is very light and milky with no foam at all (the stuff that makes the pattern) and a flat white, as you said, less milk however it’s textured milk. Think of it like slightly melted ice cream that you’ve stirred with a spoon, that’s the texture you want your flat white milk. But again as I said it’s different wherever you go.
Choc waffle, iced chocolate chips latte and chocolate cake : to die for! 😍 All the cakes look delicious but I think I will vote for rainbow cake 🌈

케이크 해동하실때 수분이 날아가니까 유산지로 감싸놓는게 좋을것 같아요! 그러면 케이크 접시에 옮길때도 유산지만 잡아서 옮기면 돼서 위생적이예요

I've been watching you content and Pilhyun's for and while now and at first I thought someone had the same menu items as you😂😂. The I found out in your Q&A that you are brothers in law!!
