@@Craxin01 That's the point you're going with to argue about something with a stranger in the internet? You could have said the materials have come a long way since 1984, or the budget and time given to the original wasn't enough. Even basic lighting and cameras we have access to is better. They did the best with all the limitations they had. All valid points. but movement? The painted silicone used here could move if armature was built and the sculpt attached. I'd like to see that video made as I'm sure would many other.

@@BoyceBailey No, I'm saying the entire thing needed to hold the mechanics, not nearly as small as today's technology, and perform several functions. For 1980s tech, it looks pretty good. If they did it today, they wouldn't use practical effects with any of the materials we have access to today, but CGI, and it would likely look even more fake.

I can't remember who I saw do it, but you can get the specular highlight in the eyes by using a little bit of UV resin on the eyeball, and cure it with a UV flashlight.
I like how you made Arnold twice now and it's such a flex "I'll do it again" type vibes.
